Ive been calling for 1 hr Best Buy in Plaza Rio Hondo in Bayamon PR to solve a purchase matter but due to thr poor client service i now have to drive 2 1/2 hrs just because they never picked up the phone.I have been a cliente for years and purchased thousands of dollars in electronics and due to the employees being alergic to the phone i have to go in person to do something that could have been solved thru the phone.This only happens in PR because when in the States the answer the phone quickly.I ask my self wr is the manager?.everyone hears the phone..This is not how you treat your clients thr is no responsible employee in this store including the supervisors..Forgot to say after leting the phone ring they would hang up without notice..
