Esta gente son las personas más diligente que me he topado! Necesitaba un laptop con urgencia y ellos tenían solo una en existencia, fueron muy francos en decirme que si iba de Ponce hacia la tienda física de plaza las Americas no me garantizaban que la encontrara por la alta demanda de la misma. Lo deje así, llamé a rio hondo y no la había , volví a llamar a la tienda de hato rey y me preguntaron porque era mi necesidad en específico le explique la situación y aún teniendo políticas súper estrictas con esa marca en específico me dieron la oportunidad de pagarla mediante un link y pasar a recogerla con identificación para cotejar información! La persona que me atendió e hizo esto posible junto a la gerente no saben del apuro q me sacaron ya que directamente con la Apple aún hoy estuviera esperando por el artículo! En tienda son súper amables , una gran variedad de todo lo que te puedes imaginar ! Deberían existir más sucursales alrededor de la isla ! Cero quejas y recomendado al 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
