The worst customer experience I have ever had. The rarely pick up phone and then Talked to manager name Raymond and he was so rude and he could get nothing done and completely useless and refused to help me when his company screwed up my address after i verified it with them 5 times and then Raymond hung up. He should be fired. I am filing compliant with corporate Best Buy
