I recently visited this location with the simple intention of purchasing a specific item. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience here. Every time I enter the store carrying my backpack, the atmosphere immediately shifts.
Instead of being greeted with a "Good afternoon" or an "How can we help you?", I am met with suspicious stares from the staff. I felt judged and watched the entire time I was browsing. While I understand the need for loss prevention, it shouldn't come at the expense of basic hospitality. It’s quite uncomfortable to feel like a suspect when you are simply a paying customer—I certainly wasn't planning on fitting a washing machine in my backpack.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the management can improve their customer service training. Respect and a welcoming attitude go a long way. Moving forward, I will be ordering my electronics online to avoid the judgmental environment at this branch.
A real shame.
