BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Rodolfo Laboy, the manager at Best Buy. He went above and beyond when I was experiencing issues with a new TV and had concerns regarding the warranty. He helped coordinate an in-home visit to properly diagnose the issue and ensured consistent follow-up throughout the process. He was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction, going out of his way to ensure we remained happy as customers. He was honest and so kind. The technician he arranged was also exceptional (Hionell Caldero Santiago). Thanks to him i will continue as a Best Buy customer.
