Don't buy appliances here. The wait alone is always 30-45min, they're constantly chatting and the buying process is simply a nightmare

Great service at the Hato Rey store, although making appointments for service can be challenging. Also, if you call BB in the US to make a local appointment, the toll free number cannot find a way to make it, so you have to keep on trying for hours sometimes.

Pésima experiencia!!! Intentando de resolver una situación y te tratan con actitud. Se comprende el ajetreo por que estamos en fiestas y se encuentran muchas personas en tienda comprando pero no significa que tenga actitud con el cliente. BTW no es la primera vez que me ocurre.
