First, the good:
#1 You can find practically every electronics and every brand under the sun here.
#2 The store is very accessible and has a great parking.
#3 If you have mobility issues, there are at least 2 MANUAL wheelchairs available.
Now, the not so good:
#1 Employees are scarce. We HAD to look for someone to help us. Then, we had to wait a good 15 minutes before a (very amiable, I should say) salesperson could help us. Counting us, she had 3 different customers practically at the same time waiting for her to assist them.
#2 Even with appliances on sale, prices are higher than at Mueblerías Berríos/Ashley a couple of blocks nearby.
#3 None of the larger appliances (washers, dryers, fridges, stoves...) are in stock. So, if you need something in a hurry, forget it. You have to wait about TWO weeks to get it.
Bottom line: It is still worth your while to visit Best Buy to comparison shop.
As for us, we're still not sure if we'll definitely buy our washer & dryer here.😕
