I purchased an iPad online for my son's birthday. It was a last minute decision to purchase one. The order was not ready when I arrived. I decided to go inside of the store and explore the iPad that I had just purchased while waiting. As I am actively exploring the ipad on the table, Employee Mitch was helping another customer nearby. Mitch decided to come up to me and tell me to move so he could show that customer the ipad that I was looking at/tapping on. Not excuse me. Just..MOVE so I can show her the IPAD. The audacity to even address me in that manner. Mitch did not know that I was waiting on my purchase to be ready for pick up. I was looking at the product for less than 3 minutes when he approached me. I wanted to cancel my order, I continued with my purchase for my son. I am sure you by now have figured out the cultural dynamics of this situation. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable and beneath other customers in the store. Manager is aware.

I had an issue with my computer at 7pm one night. I couldn’t bring the computer in but I thought I might as well ask the guys at geek squad if I could describe my issue and maybe they could solve it based on their prior knowledge. I explained my issue and about 3 minutes into me explaining it, they had the answer. I had a corrupted drive. And guess what, I went home, took out the drive, and the computer ran perfectly like before. Thank you GeekSquad.
