Our salesman was horrid. He kept "yessing" us, on every question we asked in regards to a warranty. When we got to the register, to finalize the sale and pay, a warranty we not even available.. His response was, "well thats better, means its a good product". Needless to say, we didnt purchase the item (a go-kart), went to another place and got a warranty.

Geek squad Helped with my apple care process. Every rep I work with was great
Kevin, the Manager, and the staff refused to take our exchange for a defective $2,000 OLED TV we were sold and made us drive to Massachusetts in order to have it remedied. Treated us like criminals for selling us a broken product. We had the receipt and proof of our purchase.
