Worst store ever you pay 200+ dollars a year for a service and these yahoos refuse taking phone calls so why have your stores phone number up. Ive been with Mansfield and north attleboro and they field calls

My daughter’s iPhone breaks. We didn’t have insurance on it. I don’t care to go to The Providence place mall so I took it to Best Buy to be fixed. They say it’s not repairable. They say they can buy back the broken phone along with $750 to get another phone. I say yes, she needs the phone. The phone they gave us was broken. It never would connect. I go back to Best Buy to return it for a different phone that actually works. They tell me to go to Apple in order to actually get it fixed. I then go to Apple (in the mall). They tell me because I purchased it with Best Buy to go back there that they have no affiliation to this. I go back to BB. They say they can order the part to fix the phone which I just purchased!!! No other option for me. They took my original phone and $750 cash and I have no phone!! This has been. Going on for over a month. I came in to BB last week basically asking for my $ back so I can get a phone for my daughter that works. Manager says she understands why I’d be upset and offers me an old phone which doesn’t work for the next few days while the new phone comes in. She says Apple has sent to BB a new phone. I said I really would just like a refund so I can go directly to Apple. She then reassures me that Apple has sent a new phone and will be in in a few days. The day has come where I get the phone call from BB. NO PHONE !!!!! I go to BB saying please give me my $ back this is completely unfair. They say they can’t give me my $!!! What does one do?? This is theft😡
