Made an appointment online for cellphone repair the day before and after driving 45 minutes to get there. I was informed that the tech wasn't there. Communication is key people. Followed the instructions left by the owner below and guess what the result was??? Another 30 minutes of my time texting back and forth with a "customer no service" rep and they offered to reschedule my appointment. I'm still scratching my head wondering why i wasted more of my time. Thanks but no thanks best buy. Trying to figure out why i gave them that dang second star now.

Went to buy a samsung galaxy watch 7 and was told that it was unlocked. Brought it to my service provider and they said it was locked to at&t. Ended up getting a refund and spending less at my Verizon store.
