I have called the store 12 times can’t speak to anybody. I’ve called the 800 number every time they say they’re gonna transfer me to someone that can help me and they hang up. I cannot believe how screwed up this company is.

Excellent Customer Service. Knowledgeable Employees.
Quality, Knowledgeable, Professional, Empathetic, Outstanding customer service! All good things to say about my experience from this Best Buy SPECIFICALLY. If it weren't for the exceptional customer service received today, I feel that I would have boycotted Best Buy in it's entirety. The employees at this location need to be recognized for a job well-done as it SHOULD be across the board.
A long -standing battle (over a week) of being ripped off/stolen from cooperate best best finally put to rest today. Countless hours and energy wasted arguing and working trying to resolve an issue that I was not getting paid for, but spent money on a defective product!
Employee Trevor started off my pleasant encounter by listening to my lengthy issue in it's entirety with great understanding and empathy. He was patient and kind as he asked if I could wait to speak with his supervisor.
To follow up Trevor's Wonderful customer service skills, manager Ryan, not only patiently listened to the story again, he took action to find the best resolution possible, putting an end to the agonizing 10 day battle with coorperate Best Buy.
Any further Best Buy shopping will take place in this location only.

Went to best buy thinking it was going to be a waste of breath. I purchased a digital game on the best buy website on 7/4/25. They sent me an out of country code and was denied a refund. Constantly calling and talking with the online support "help" got me nowhere. Online support kept claiming it would take 24 to 48 hours to hear anything. It's 7/12/25 today and I still have not gotten a response from anyone. I went to this store where manager Ryan & employee Trevor helped me out greatly and got me a refund. Instead of passing the puck like these people online customer support have been doing. Ryan and Trevor were very chill people and were understanding. Thank you both for going above and beyond doing what no one else would.
