An employee there talked me into buying Best Buy Plus Membership and said that if I didn't use it it would be refunded . He lied because here I am one year later and never use the membership and when I called customer service they would not refund me any of the money and they tried to charge me for another year. Scam artists don't listen to them.

I’ve always been a big fan of Best Buy and purchase from them rather than Amazon. I always buy Zagg screen protectors because they will replace them for free and it have previously been easier than going through Zagg. I have a new phone and it took THREE trips to the store to get a new one. Bad customer service each time. It finally came in and went to Geek Squad for them to put it on. They’ve always done it for free and the rude dude told me it’s $7.99! I’ll think twice before purchasing anything from our local store again. In a world where there’s so much competition in their line of business they need to step up their customer service game!
