How do I check product availability at the Anderson Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. How do I check my order status?

My daughter ordered a computer and it said it would be ready for pickup in one hour. We live an hour away and my son was going to town so we figured he could stop by and get it. 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready and the store is closing now they say it won’t be ready till tomorrow. They say it’s in stock so just go get it and hand it over. It’s not that difficult!! Haven’t shopped at Best Buy in years and looks like there’s a reason. Also tried to call the store and there’s some stupid AI trash trying to help me then I finally got a human on the phone but unfortunately she couldn’t speak English very well and didn’t help at all. How about you get REAL AMERICAN PEOPLE on the phone and actually help your customers!!
Now on top of all this they respond to my post telling me to reach out for support on Facebook; Twitter or Instagram. I mentioned in my original review you need to have real people that can actually speak English that I can call and talk to. I won't reach out for support on social media. I have a phone and that's how you need to do your customer support.

Worst Best Buy I’ve been to. Everybody was extremely rude, the place was filthy (which doesn’t matter much with it being retail) they did not help me with my repair for my cpu, I wouldn’t go here if it was the only option.
