The Anderson Best Buy may be a great place for in store purchases , but the online experience is lousy. In the past six months I have ordered two TVs from Best Buy. One TV was supposed to be shipped from another state but it never arrived at all and other TV that was supposed to have same day delivery from the Anderson store. When it was not delivered as promised, I cancelled the order. It seemed like a bait and switch issue -promise delivery but then don’t deliver.
Cancelling the order was another hassle. The effort it took to finally speak to a human was absurd and when I did speak to someone she had little to no new information to share. (Calls go to a call center and not to the local store. ) The agent on the phone was nice but she was unable to help. I was invited to go to the store myself but I wanted delivery because I did not want to have to get a TV out of the car and into my home. Both experiences were very frustrating and I can’t think of why I would try to shop at Best Buy again.
