Went to buy a mouse It was bad stopped working immediately when I got home … so I went back again to see if they could figure out what was the problem and they couldn’t… so I went to the back and bought another Consair mouse and that one stopped working as well……. I don’t recommend buying a mouse form them.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! The staff provides false information and takes no accountability for their errors! The management doesn't even have the customer service skills or knowledge to deal with any customer or issue. I calmly presented my issue to the staff and they got defensive after realizing their misleading information was the cause. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS THEY GET AN ENTIRELY NEW STAFF. I will be going to corporate.

Funny how a return policy is made known after it's too late instead of specifying that to a customer before purchase of product. Can't say if it was an honest mistake, or my girlfriend was taken advantage of while trying to buy a surprise gift.... I'm hoping it was just a mistake, but even with that being said, no rectification of the employee's mistake? She's just out the money... be careful folks, something smells funny here. Wish less than one star was an option.
