My local Anderson Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?
We’ll always try our best to accommodate your needs when scheduling a service appointment and would be happy to reserve the most convenient, available appointment slot for you, but for time-sensitive services/installations we recommend that you schedule as far in advance as possible. For vehicle installations, you can view, schedule, check, change or reschedule appointments by visiting Geek Squad® Autotech Reservations. Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.
What are Best Buy Anderson stores’ holiday hours?
To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. My daughter ordered a computer and it said it would be ready for pickup in one hour. We live an hour away and my son was going to town so we figured he could stop by and get it. 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready and the store is closing now they say it won’t be ready till tomorrow. They say it’s in stock so just go get it and hand it over. It’s not that difficult!! Haven’t shopped at Best Buy in years and looks like there’s a reason. Also tried to call the store and there’s some stupid AI trash trying to help me then I finally got a human on the phone but unfortunately she couldn’t speak English very well and didn’t help at all. How about you get REAL AMERICAN PEOPLE on the phone and actually help your customers!!

Worst Best Buy I’ve been to. Everybody was extremely rude, the place was filthy (which doesn’t matter much with it being retail) they did not help me with my repair for my cpu, I wouldn’t go here if it was the only option.

Slight rant about Best Buy- I have been to many Best Buy’s and they are great with my phone screen (I have a warranty so I get a free one whenever) but recently I started having laptop problems and my first thought was to bring it to Best Buy. I brought it to geek squad and the lady said ‘yep sounds like a fan but we would have to ship it out for $85 to have them diagnose it and it would take 2 weeks but there are other tech places you could take it to in Anderson who could do it cheaper’ so I took it to another place who quoted me $200. I called Best Buy again (now knowing that the problem was indeed the fan) saying ‘hey I have a Lenovo yoga laptop and the fan needs to be replaced is that something you do?’ To then he said ‘yes we can’ so I asked him to check for the part and he said ‘yes we have that fan for that exact laptop in stock at Anderson for $60 and it will be $40 service fee’ he said I needed an appointment to drop it off for the service or I could walk in and wait in line. I then took my laptop to best buy and placed it on the counter saying ‘hey I called like 30 minutes ago saying I need a fan replaced in my laptop’ to which the guy responded ‘yea we don’t do that’ I kinda laughed and said ‘I just got off the phone with someone who said you have the part in stock and could replace it for $40’ he said ‘yea that’s a call center, we have to send it out to Kentucky for 4 weeks so they can diagnose it and get the correct part and replace it to send it back’ I said ‘well that’s not what the guy on the phone said’ he replied ‘yea that’s the call center, not us. If you would have called me my phone would have rang’ so all in all- if u call Best Buy you won’t be getting true information because it isn’t someone at the store it is an overseas call center who doesn’t know what they are talking about.
