If you buy anything here, don't bother getting the insurance—they have no intention of actually honoring the claim. The customer service staff are incompetent and lack the necessary expertise for the role. They are quick to take your money and thank you when you buy the policy, but when your TV breaks and needs replacing, some store gofer just tells you to take it home and call someone to fix it. The TV only cost $400; it’s not the TV itself we mind, but the terrible customer service. Please, hire people with brains who know how to communicate to staff the customer service desk.

Went to Best Buy today. Very disappointed in their ‘meet anyone’s price policy’ I was buying a washing machine. Saw the same one (GE) at Home Depot that I was intending on purchasing at Best Buy. At Best Buy the machine $849. Home Depot is running an appliance sale depending on what you spend. On this they were offering $50 off. Though their initial price is higher at $879. I asked if Best Buy would meet the end price of $829 which would just be $20 less for Best Buy (I was also buying the pedestal…. An additional $250) they would not come down the $20 and let us walk out and lost the sale. Funny thing I was looking at a coffee maker I probably would’ve purchased as well. I ended up going back to Home Depot and purchased the washing machine and pedestal. I I will say that the sales help were very nice at Best Buy on the positive note. However the gentleman I was told was a manager let me leave the store over $20.

The absolute worst Best Buy. The service is terrible. Employees are rude. Low stock on a lot of items. Better to drive to Georgia and get good service.

Very very friendly staff! The greater called the computer accessory folks as we walked in and before we got to the back of the store, she had exactly what we needed.
