As a pair of seniors, our son on our behalf scheduled an appointment with your squad. We were immediately greeted by Shane. He was very professional and immediately resolved our questions and issues with our equipment. Shane is knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to gain technical solutions from his expertise.

Spent 2 hours in store to be serviced in a 20 minute time span to a resolution that my phone would be gone 3 weeks that it would be better to go to Apple directly. As I was waiting for my appointment a gentleman completely missed his appointment today and they served him after me while I had to wait the hour for mine. The lack of customer service and sense of urgency is frustrating. One gentleman with orange hair stood there for some time "waiting for appointments" I asked what is cut off time because I knew my device would be need to sent to Apple and he said if someone is usually 10-15 they lose their appointment. Interesting. Terrible experience overall. A lot of time spent for no assistance or any time of resolution.

Very disappointing experience overall. It would be a two-star rating, but the friendly staff earns them an extra star, so three stars. Ordered and picked up an Apple Watch Ultra 3, but they ordered the wrong size band. 6’1”, 235, and they ordered me a small band. 🤯 Didn’t realize it till I got home. Tried to go back and swap it. No go, sorry. We have to refund your entire order and order you a completely different one with the correct band. Wanted me to pay in full for another watch on the spot and then would give me a refund in a week or so. We’re crossing the $800 threshold here, y’all. I just smiled, picked up my wrong sized band after trying to work it out for almost 20 minutes, and said never mind, I’ll keep this one. Can’t believe there wasn’t a simple workaround for such a simple problem. Lesson learned. Won’t be ordering from Best Buy anymore.
