Customer service was terrible and I deliver for FedEx.
My 80-year-old very active mom sent me to Best Buy in Bluffton to pick out a new laptop from which she could run her empire. Hector & Carson were super helpful — they helped me narrow down to 2 models that met her specs while I talked to her over the phone so she could choose. They were both professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They *both* separately came back to check on me while I was waiting for mom to call back with her final decision. She ended up choosing the one that wasn’t in stock so she ordered it from the Best Buy website so she could trade in her old laptop for a discount. But I wanted to write a review because these two young men provided a level of excellent customer service that seems to have gone out of style these days. Well done!
Had a great experience buying my Apple laptop yesterday.
The employees were great and super helpful
Could have had the phone delivered by Amazon faster than waiting for the sales clerk at this store.
