Very nice best buy. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had exactly what I needed to finish my PC upgrade.

If there were negative stars, the Bluffton store would deserve ten of them. Today we experienced the poorest , most apathetic customer service from this store’s “customer service” desk. We experienced a delay with our expected order and asked the young man at the desk if he could try and locate the product at another store using their computer system. He very bluntly told us he couldn’t do that and when we suggested other possible solutions, he refused to help. As we were walking out of the store we mentioned to the manager that we were sorely dissatisfied with the attitude of the young man at the desk, and the manager seemed unfazed. We then drove to the Savannah store, where a very nice young lady named April LISTENED to our question and actually HELPED resolve the issue. Sad that it took us driving 45 minutes to another store to find someone to help. IF I ever need something from Best Buy again, I will not be utilizing the Bluffton store and recommend that others do the same. It’s worth the trip to Savannah where attitudes are better and you are not treated as an inconvenience to the staff.

Super helpful staff and reasonably stocked store. We were looking for a specific product and brand, but they showed us some alternatives with some of the same features. Super informative visit. Didn't make a purchase that day, but we will go back.
