Spoke to Apple and Best Buy techs on phone for my Apple MAC and made an appointment for a repair/reset. I drove an hour to the store and the person behind the counter was less than helpful . Said this is an old one our techs do not like working on them. This computer has been used one hour and then packed away. I explained that Apple told me they were the authorized repair closest to me to bring it in but the person just sat there. Then I asked why the Best Buy online tech told me to bring it into this store I was told “their job is to get you into the store”. This is no service. Beware they just want to get you into the store to upsell you per the implication from this person at the counter. Beware beware
