How do I check product availability at the Bluffton Best Buy?

Made an appointment through Apple to have my phone repaired 2 weeks ago and didn’t get a call until an hour before my appointment saying they’d have to order the part and keep my phone until the part came in with no estimate on how long that would be.

Every time I order from this Best Buy the box shows up empty and their customer service does close to nothing about it except tell you that’s unfortunate.
