The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you and answer questions about the products. I was indecisive about what type of laptop to purchase, but the person who assisted me guided me to the right choice.

Quick and easy Best Buy location. Came in on Black Friday and lines weren’t backed up and service was fast and friendly!

Went to buy a microwave.The electronic tag on the box read ‘$89’. When we got up to the register the price was nearly $200. Turns out the tag that was placed on the microwave was for a mouse. Highly disappointed. When I go to a store, I expect the price tag to be correct, especially considering I am a Best Buy total member.
No one EVER answers the phone!
