I have gone through two brand name receivers that had multiple issues in the last three months. I reverted back to my analog Sony STR-D715. I lost the ability to use my optical option due to the age of the above.
After research, I found the information I needed and off to Best Buy, Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC. and meet Zake, a great representation of your knowledgeable staff. I stated my need, he responded by taking me to the store area for the device Insignia Optical/Coax Digital to Analogue Converter was located
Arrive home hoping this would allow me to listen to my TV again through the Sony receiver. YES IT DID! Kudos to Zake and finally having the item I was looking for. Zake should be commended for his professionalism, product knowledge and overall professional demeanor throughout the transaction!!!
