Johnathan and Lawrence (that is what he said after I asked him his name when he was waving his arm, stretching his eyes, and talking loud saying he was not going to risk his safety for a refrigerator. I asked them to wear a mask and boot covers. They told me it was against the company policy to wear boot covers. I called corporate before the installation of the refrigerator but I didn't talk to a live person. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. That was the problem I asked them to wear boot covers and they didn't want to. Johnathan said he would put it in the garage or reschedule if he couldn't come in with his shoes on. I allowed them to come in because I could not go a day without a refrigerator because I am taking care of a sick elderly person. I called corporate after the installation of the refrigerator and I was told they can wear boot covers. I was told at corporate I was to sign papers after the installation but they left without giving me the opportunity to sign papers after the installation. I don't want someone to experience this. I contacted Ms. Corie Barry, CEO, also about this experience today.

Always get geek squad protection. It will save you sooo much money. Bought it for a floor cleaner I purchased at full price 4 years ago, have replaced it twice with the last one being an upgrade.
