Stood in computer section for 5 min and was unable to flag anyone down. Called listed number but, was unable to get the useless AI assistance to transfer me to the front desk. After 10 min was able to get a passing employee to page someone to computer section. Asked him to pull the computer I wanted to buy from the cage and it was out of stock, display model was the only one in stock. Still spent $350 on the other stuff I wanted but headed to staples or target to buy a computer and hopefully encounter some customer service.

Buy from manufacturer not Best Buy. The Best Buy return is so tiny (15 days) I didn't realize I had an issue until after return window. Now I have a big issue in my hands.
