They love to bait and switch here on car audio. Came in for an install. Drove an HOUR because they were the only ones able apparently. I bought a $250 radio online, put in my year make and model and best buy loaded up all of the install accessories needed to do the install. All in all it ran me $350. Then I show up for the install and am told it'll be another $272. Why? Because im missing two peices of the install. Why werent these added when I bought the radio? Because they want to force you into the purchase when you show up, afraid you wont be able to get your new radio. I had no problem canceling my entire order. Not putting up with that nonsense. After hunting online, I can get the entire install kit for $250 and do it myself. I'll save myself almost $200. Its one thing to be upfront about the cost. I may have bit the bullet anyways. But to pull that nonsense after I drove an hour? I should also bill them for ny gas and wasting my time.

I went to pick up an order placed online and most of the staff did not appear happy or helpful. There wasn't anyone at the pick up window. I was directed to the employees behind the desk at the immediate right when facing the door. The female who helped me only asked "did you get an email?" Then told me she needed to see the barcode. Another female then approached her telling her about some training she needed to take along with a break. She also didn't speak to me. In my opinion, it would have been more professional to acknowledge me with a smile and hello, at minimum, and then wait until our transaction was over to engage in conversations with her. The employee didn't look at me nor say anything to me when handing me my item. She proceeded to sit back down and look at her phone. Customer service was a 0. The only reason I gave this visit more than 1 star is because they were the only store with the item I needed with the cheapest price.

My daughter made an appointment with the Geek Squad with regards to her new iPhone not charging. They said the would order part and do work under warranty. Took about 8 days for part to arrive at Best Buy. They call me and leave a message that she needs to make an appointment to get the work done and work has to be completed by the 8th or they will return the part. I am across the country and cannot get in touch with anyone at the store with their AI phone service. I just want to talk to the Geek Squad to make an appointment. Very disappointed.

Geek guy did not convince me he knew what he said to me. He needs to learn to be more professional & less judgemental!! It's NOT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY, THAT MATTERS. Store was clean, other employees more hospitable & helpful.
