Got an open box PS5 Pro for $700. Excellent customer service.
I changed my mind to 4 stars because i'm having to travel further to get to my Geek Squad. Best Buy had a Geek Squad office here in Lexington, SC and they done away with it. WHY???
I’m EXTREMELY disappointed! My mother went in today to pick up what she thought (and paid for) was a brand new MacBook Air. When she got home, she noticed the device was already connected to another person’s cell phone. Next thing we know, pornographic pictures and videos dating back to 2018 pop up on the home screen. That’s absolutely disgusting! First of all, why sell her a used laptop when she paid for a brand new one? Secondly, why were these pictures never removed or no one do device factory reset on the device? Whatever the excuse is, I’m not going for it.
The worst experience I have had in store at Best Buy. I should have just ordered off Apple. The person who was told to “help” us acted like we were an inconvenience. Never said more than two words. No “thank you for your purchase” no “have a nice day” NOTHING. Did not ask if we needed any help deciding on which product might be better. The customer service at this store is so poor I can understand why there are only ever a few cars in the parking lot. We have had good experiences there in the past but will take our business elsewhere. Come to find out, we could have save $30 by shopping on Amazon anyway!
