Everyone was so helpful today! The amount of knowledge the staff has about the products they carry is honestly impressive. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helped my parents choose the perfect TV and speaker setup, and Makauri helped me pick out the perfect beginner-friendly camera. They both took the time to explain everything and made the process so much easier. What really surprised us was that delivery for both me and my parents was free, even though we both live in very rural areas.
The manager, Tyler, also explained the benefits of the Best Buy card, and the 12 months no interest option sounded great. He even had Jason help me get my account set up.
Overall, this is the only Best Buy I’ll be shopping at from now on. If you need help from people who truly know what they’re talking about, this location has some real experts!
