Mr. DaKya McKnight who is identified as Best Buy’s Auto Technician, is hands down a true professional at his craft. I am originally from Evans, Ga; consequently, since the Best Buy in Augusta, Ga does not have an auto technician to perform repairs on auto installed parts, I had to drive 75 miles for a service appointment at the Best Buy store in Columbia Mall, SC - to have my car device service/repair.
Mr. McKnight truly understood the problem I had with my equipment, in which he was able to quickly and accurately service my device. I cannot thank him enough for helping resolve the malfunction. It truly sucks the Best Buy in Augusta, GA is unable to retain a staff member who can minimally provide the basic services.
