I had a great experience at this Best Buy! I had to take my laptop in for some repairs, and the two (2) Geek Squad technicians I dealt with were absolute pros! They were very friendly, asked me a few basic questions, and then had me out the door in a couple of minutes. When my laptop was ready to be picked up, they were equally as curious, told me to let them know if I had any further issues, and again had me out the door in a couple of minutes. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend this Best Buy and their Geek Squad for any laptop repairs!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. We purchased a gaming PC that was supposed to include a keyboard and mouse — that’s exactly what the employee told us at the time of purchase. When we got home, we found only the PC in the box. We had to take a long trip back to the store to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager, Alex Cook, was extremely rude and unprofessional. At first, he denied that the package included a keyboard and mouse. When my son told him that his own employee had confirmed it does come with them — he looked at us and instead of apologizing, he raised his voice at us and said, “People make mistakes.” There was no respect or courtesy, and he even yelled at us in front of other customers and told us to go and return it. It really seems like they only care about making a sale, even if it means giving false information to customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Alex Cook does not represent the good customer service that Best Buy should stand for. We left feeling disrespected and very disappointed.
