Best Buy Columbiana Mall

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. We purchased a gaming PC that was supposed to include a keyboard and mouse — that’s exactly what the employee told us at the time of purchase. When we got home, we found only the PC in the box. We had to take a long trip back to the store to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager, Alex Cook, was extremely rude and unprofessional. At first, he denied that the package included a keyboard and mouse. When my son told him that his own employee had confirmed it does come with them — he looked at us and instead of apologizing, he raised his voice at us and said, “People make mistakes.” There was no respect or courtesy, and he even yelled at us in front of other customers and told us to go and return it. It really seems like they only care about making a sale, even if it means giving false information to customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Alex Cook does not represent the good customer service that Best Buy should stand for. We left feeling disrespected and very disappointed.

Quality service and selections

Their geek squad is the worst anywhere. I don't think they did anything to fix my computer. It came back with 1 in of dirt on bottom. They could not tell me that they installed windows 11.they said they did not know. I asked for a manager in store and they said not one? They gave me a card and for 3 days after about 30 calls after I called my credit card co to get money back DO THIS CALL ANY no that says best buy and you will get their main office in the Philippines Even their corporate office you will get Philippines. I will never use their geek squad again
