Don't buy anything you need delivered. Awful customer service, after a month my tv delivery has been rescheduled 4 times and I dont have much confidence for it to be delivered the 5th time. After you set aside an entire day to wait for them, you can expect on the day of delivery to get a notice the driver has picked it up, then give you a smaller time window. then as that time approaches your appointment states it hasn't been scheduled yet. Call the escalation department and no one there can help they just reschedule you another week out. Don't expect to get priority on the next shipment. They automatically set it a week out and claim they cant do any better. I used to love best buy but I will never purchase form them ever again.

Their return policy is garbage. 15 days!!! Yah, I know it's my responsibility to find this out up front. However, usual store policies are 30 days. Also I don't know if this is still a thing but at one point they also charge a restocking fee for a return. There are several other companies with better return policies that will be getting my money from now on.
