This is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had to experience, I believe I was 100% stereotyped as I’m covered in tattoos, now I do own three highly successful tattoo parlors not to mention I pulled up in a $200,000 car. I go in to buy a camera and the guy comes over to retrieve the camera for me and I wanted to look at the box and read about it a little bit to make sure I’m getting the right camera to take pictures of my work well this sells associate would not allow me to touch the box then proceeds to ask me what do I wanna look in the box for? and I’m like well I’m about to purchase a $2600 camera. I’d like to see what comes with it and what else I need to purchase along with this such as a different lens a rig and lighting so on so this associate was very rude and lost out on a sale. As a business owner myself, I do not condone anything like this from any of my employees. It was very distasteful and unappreciated, will not be returning to this location.

I set an appointment in December to have a remote start installed. My appointment was set for the February 6th at 10am. Kyle in the car service area is very unprofessional. He called a day before to confirm my appointment and I did not answer the phone at the time. He then canceled my appointment without notice. When I called back he stated that because I didn’t answer my phone, he cancelled my appointment. He then called back to explain what happened with my appointment and to state that the appointment was rescheduled, when I was trying to explain how this was not good communication or Customer Service. He then proceeded to hang up on me while I was still talking. I didn’t think Best Buy would have bad customer service like I experienced today.

This store is a absolute joke bought a open box Apple Watch SE 2. Pick it up and the watch and band was not even in the box. A good store would have went and got the watch and band either from the stand or out of another box but instead they said little to nothing at all and said here’s your refund now be on your way. I’ll never come back to this store again till they make this situation right absolutely the worst Best Buy I’ve been to with piss poor management.
