Today employee Kalue in electronics was extremely helpful, informative, efficient, personable, and competent. She is an excellent representative for your store and company!
It was hard to get an associate's attention but Best Buy sale prices are hard to beat. The check out clerk worked diligently to answer my questions (which should've been answered by the associate I couldn't get to help me) and the greeter acknowledged me both coming and going. All in all, a positive experience.
Spending money for the Geek Squad car installation services and going into the store to spend more money, just to be told you have to walk out the front of the building and walk outside to the back when someone could simply take 30 seconds to walk you about 4 steps through the back is... so tacky. "Pride" is simply not a thing of businesses anymore.
Kai, in the car installation area is THEE only reason I'll come back.

Had to take my daughter's iPad in to do a factory reset. Had an appointment with the Geek Squad. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
