This business won’t stand by their products, they will sell you expensive defective merchandise and their customer service web of despair will have you running in circles. Their service department will fail to understand your request and do irreparable damage to your valuable personal property. Please avoid purchasing from this store specifically and Best Buy in general. Change your business name to “Best Beware”.
My childhood favorite store! I’m a huge electronics nerd and absolutely loved going to Best Buy. I still love it to this day. While it’s not as interactive as it was 20 years ago, it’s still fun to poke around and look at all the cool toys!
I just spent the last hour on the phone scheduling a car cameras installation with "your" third party/ third world service department. First off,I was told that there was not a wire harness available for my car and after 45 minutes they sent me information for the harness which I was able to order even though I was told it wasn't available initially. The individual that I had to deal with could not communicate in english very well, maybe you should have a button that I could push such as push 1 for english!! I hope my installation goes better on the car after this fiasco!!
