Yesterday, I was introduced to “The TV Guru” by one of your employees. This guy, wearing a black #8 SONY jersey, also stated he was the same “TV Guru.” Perhaps you folks at Best Buy should consider sending him through some customer service training. He was condescending, arrogant, dismissive and tried to make me feel like I was wasting his time. “Hey number 8, you need to learn how to treat people better. You’re in “customer service” and your boss, manager and owner should be embarrassed of you…

Had my items in hand (around $300) and no one was at the checkout... left the items on the counter and left. 2 days later Amazon delivered
