I went in with a list of things I needed to buy, and Brennen did a wonderful job of helping me out. He explained things and gave me different options for some of the things that were not in stock. He also wasn't pushy but quietly waited while I made my decisions. It helped that I already knew what to look for, but I'm sure if I didn't He would have been able to assist me in making an informed decision. He also helped me out when it came to checking out. I'm not used to a lot of the new technology so he patiently assisted me as I used a virtual card. He definitely deserves a 10 out of 10 stars. Hopefully Best Buy realizes what a good employee they have. Most people want to hurry you and get on to another sale, and usually you can tell when they are annoyed with you, but this wasn't the case. It was quick and efficient as well.

I had an amazing experience at the Best Buy in Magnolia Mall in Florence, SC, thanks to Dashawn! From the moment we started looking around, he checked in on us to see if we needed any assistance without ever being pushy. He made the checkout process for my new MacBook so easy and stress-free.
