This location is clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. At this time this location is still selling their computers at pre memory cost prices till their existing stock is out.

Last week I went and got a PC with my family. The associate asked if I wanted it delivered or set for pick up in store, due to no one being at the house we chose in-store pick up. Fast forward to the day where we're supposed to get it and FedEx leaves a note on our door and says that we weren't there for the delivery. Confused, I call Best Buy and FedEx, 1 says call the shipping company, the other says call the delivering company. We go to the store we originally set for pick up and customer service says that the associate made a mistake and that there's nothing they can do. We just have to be there for the delivery, which has been delayed for a day due to a mistake not even made by us. I understand that it's just a day, but if the mistake hadn't been made on Best Buys side then I'd have my PC and they'd have a happy customer.
1 star because the associate was nice, delivery was surprisingly fast and customer service didn't stray away from saying it was their fault.
