The customer support specialists are so friendly. David, who installed the back up camera that I bought was fantastic. He explained things so that I could understand and installed the cameras proficiently. I will return to Best Buy because of the quality of those who work there.

Too many items to out of stock
You literally have to beg the workers to help you. I know what I wanted to purchase when I arrived, I just needed a worker to grab it for me. There was a group of employees just chatting, and I had to go ask them to help me. None of them helped me, and said they would send somebody over to where I needed help. Nobody ended up coming, so I walked back to the group of employees to ask for help again, and I received a bad attitude from them. I ended up leaving and ordering from a competitor online.
