I was disappointed that Best Buy couldn't take back my defective JBL earbuds that were still under the manufacturer's warranty. If I had purchased the BEST BUY extended warranty they would have glad to handle the situation for me.

Geek squad and related warranty coverages are a joke. When you call the store, you cannot speak to an associate in the local store. You get someone in their national customer service network. Useless. Only in an emergency......
