We added motion-sensor lighting around the exterior of our home for safety. Installation took a day. Compared to before, nighttime visibility is much better and more secure. It’s a practical upgrade that adds convenience and peace of mind.
We visited the Geek Squad yesterday to get assistance with setting up an iPad. Nick was helpful ,knowledgeable, and pleasant. Great job Nick. We appreciate you for making the IPad stop talking and talking!

I guess with no real competition you can treat your customers any way you want. I ordered an 85" TV on the 19th and it was to be delivered and installed on the 21st. On the 21st, I got a call saying it could not be delivered and installed until the 23rd. On the 23rd we got a message saying the TV couldn't be installed until the 27th. We were going to be out of town, so we agreed on the 28th. The 28th comes around and I get alerts ALL DAY that the TV will be installed and delivered around 4PM. At 4PM the installers get here WITHOUT the TV. The store never scheduled to delivered the actual item that I paid for! The installers were ready to quit. My wife is on the phone with CS now trying to cancel the order. Walmart, here we come!
