I have been very impressed with this store. The workers are respectful and intelligent. I got help purchasing a MacBook Air and the dude was very helpful.
Just went to pick up an online order from Samsung. My order was ready with no issues. I would recommend if you are shopping for Samsung, buy directly from Samsung and just pick it up from Best Buy because ordering from Best Buy and ordering from Samsung is different experiences.
Best Buy Customer Service Failed Me — Four Case IDs and Still No Refund
While this review is linked to The Lexington Best Buy store my experience reflects the customer service from Best Buy’s corporate team.
I signed up for My Best Buy Plus based on a clear sales pitch: if the price drops after I buy, I get the difference refunded. That promise? Completely broken.
Since June 28, I've pursued a price match refund for a qualifying item. I’ve submitted:
- Four approved Case IDs: 359301239, 359861894, 360054302, 360628546
- One approved Fund ID: F15046655
- All within my 60-day eligibility window
Despite those approvals, I've received nothing. No refund. No follow-through. Only delay after delay, and evasive chats with support.
Best Buy’s customer service has been a carousel of empty assurances. It’s baffling how a company can approve a refund five times and still fail to issue it.
If you're considering Best Buy for their so-called “Price Match Guarantee,” don’t be fooled. That guarantee might exist on paper — but good luck getting it honored.

7/26/2025 - Second Follow up to my previous Review.
While the store staff remains helpful, my concern is with Best Buy's corporate response--or lack thereof. After posting on Twitter "X" as instructed, I have received no communication or resolution. This is not about a local store issue -- It is about corporate failing to honor it is a customer support promises. Disappointing to see continued silence.
