Was scheduled yesterday for install got a text at 0655 they would be arriving between 0730-1130 never showed never called never texted again called the store said they on the way never showed now the app is telling me I need an appt. This horrible communication Best Buy some o e should have atleast reached out to say we need to reschedule.

We went in, shopping for headphones for my son. The selection was great. After being able to test several pairs out, he found a median priced pair of Beats he liked a lot. And because he still had money left over, he was able to get a nice pair of Samsung earbuds also. The ability to test the products before purchasing made a huge difference for him, and he was completely satisfied with his purchase.
Justin in install is Great!!! Great customer service!!! Great knowledge!!!
Very hard to find help, might as well shop on line.
