I guess with no real competition you can treat your customers any way you want. I ordered an 85" TV on the 19th and it was to be delivered and installed on the 21st. On the 21st, I got a call saying it could not be delivered and installed until the 23rd. On the 23rd we got a message saying the TV couldn't be installed until the 27th. We were going to be out of town, so we agreed on the 28th. The 28th comes around and I get alerts ALL DAY that the TV will be installed and delivered around 4PM. At 4PM the installers get here WITHOUT the TV. The store never scheduled to delivered the actual item that I paid for! The installers were ready to quit. My wife is on the phone with CS now trying to cancel the order. Walmart, here we come!

I purchased an IPad from the Lexington location on Sunset Blvd this week. Chris was amazing. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Great customer service!
I am about sick in tired of their so call replacement screen program for your phones. It is an absolute joke. Although I have been on the program for a year and a half. I bought the highest quality grade screen protector on the shelf, and the EXTRA money for the “free replacement installation”. I had no problem with them replacing at no additional cost. Conveniently they were out of that brand of screen, so we had to down grade to a cheaper screen protector and get a some refund back “ON A GIFT CARD AT THEIR STORE”. You see where this is going!! As I kept going in the downgrade continues until you’re a the lowest crap they have. Now today I go in after a long break for 6 months to get the screen replaced. NOW they are charging you $8.00 for labor to replace it and they want you to take the cover out the case and turn your phone off. Oh my lord I have no fingernails. How about you do it!! I’ve refused to pay the $8.00 since I didn’t sign up or agree to those terms. The cheap screen protector maybe cost them half of that, like $2.00-$4.00 and then make it back up on your wallet. This is a scam and this big box store doesn’t care 2 cents about taking care of the customer. It all about making the mighty profit!! So so sad, Shame shame I know your name
