Ordered a tv at 8 am this morning in hopes to pick it up on the way home. Seven hours later, no word from Best Buy Lexington. Very sad, so I cancelled order and ordered it from Amazon. Last time ever trying to business with this brick and mortar. Poorest excuse for customer service.

Audrey has the best customer service. She was fast and very friendly. She also offered us a best buy card for our purchase which is 12 month interest free. Thank you Audrey.
