App sucks, store sucks, people are rude.
Made an appointment with geek squad to have my iPad repaired, drove 30 minutes to the store, checked in and only after I left did they call to tell me that their Mac was fried and they couldn’t do anything with any Apple product.
Called a week later and was told it was fixed so I asked them to make me an appointment for this afternoon. Just drove out again 30 minutes and when I arrived the guy said no it was not fixed and they didn’t have any notes about an appointment.
What can I say it's Best Buy.
