I will Never ever order anything from Myrtle Beach Best Buy again. Simple ordered refrigerator, bought waterline, ice maker. 1st delivery. They weren’t going to deliver the refrigerator because they knew nothing about the waterline We requested they give us the refrigerator and make another appointment for them to come back Refrigerator was damaged they weren’t aware That they needed to switch the door and weren’t able to do that. Delivery three weeks later number two The refrigerator again was damaged. The door was not switched and the waterline they had wasn’t long enough, which we had purchased the longer one Geek squad they. Two weeks later, the geek squad comes have no instruction for waterline, but they did switch the door. Waiting on appointment number four Both the Greek squad and the delivery people said they had no special instructions from Best Buy customer service so where is the communication lacking for a lousy refrigerator we’ve been waiting two months never again
