Lots of staff standing around. Few customers. I had to go get sales person so I could look at cameras in display case. He had been standing one aisle over just watching me. Was told he wasn't allowed to open case. Only had one camera outside of cases that I could look at. Not what I wanted. What I wanted was in case, but I was not shown it. So, needless to say, I went home and ordered camera from Amazon. No sales for Best Buy!

AVOID APPLE CARE purchase alongside iphone purchase at Best Buy.

Best Buy will offer you Apple Care cover for about $12.00 per month - Be aware that this renews automatically every 12 months.
And, like me, you may never receive an email alerting you of their renewal.
According to my conversations with Best Buy agents, they will quite happily continue to charge your credit card for years and years if you don’t personally, officially, cancel- even if the phone is lost, broken , unused, or upgraded and even when you have claimed on the Apple Care policy!
Best Buy will cost you roughly $145.56 per year, per phone, to purchase Apple Care +cover plan.
Apple- without subscriptions or sneaky renewals will cost you about $100.00 for one year.
Buying Apple cover direct from your phone carrier (eg. Verizon) will also likely be a cheaper option when bundled with a monthly payment plan.
Don’t give 3rd party Best Buy $50 per year (for ever and ever ) for doing absolutely nothing for you…
