Make sure you never get a subscription through Best Bs. They will jerk you around as long as possible when trying to cancel.

Had an issue and had chatted with customer service and was told one thing then when I followed those instructions store told us different instructions and during that time frame while waiting to get an appointment our manufacturer warranty ran out by 14 days and Justin at Best Buy said nothing they could do too bad please screen shot your chats and record your customer service calls so you can prove to store what you have been told Not a great experience! Lesson Learned

Nik, in the TV section, was amazing and patient. I did months of research, thought I knew what I wanted, and he blew my mind when he explained AND demonstrated (very kindly) why I didn't want that. He was patient, knowledgeable, not pushy, and got me exactly what I wanted under the budget I had set. Well, it was such a good deal that I splurged and went a little over to get the 85" instead of the 75" i had planned on, it was a great bargain! (He absolutely did not push me to buy bigger.)
