I have a BestBuy card but after a series of horrible experiences I will NEVER use it again! Purchased a washer and dryer mid June and it wasn’t delivered until June 26th. When it was delivered there were no plugs and attachment for either machine. Delivery driver stated that because it’s not labeled clearly, this mix up happens all the time and we would have to schedule an installation. We went to the store same day and spent an additional $200 for the parts and installation. Appointment scheduled for July 1st. My family of 12 was leaving to attend my brother’s untimely funeral on the 2nd of July. We waited all day and then finally my husband called and we were told the installer was sick and couldn’t complete the order. So instead of washing clothes we purchased all new clothes for our large family. Nevertheless we scheduled another installation appointment that was scheduled for today. Here we are 4:58pm (after 3 phone calls and being hung up on once) we’re being told that the installer is sick and cannot come today…I’m pissed!!! Out $2200 and the store won’t pickup the phone, only national customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION.
It's not what it used to be... The store looks big and not so much stock anymore probably because everyone buys online now. I bought some overpriced phone charging cables.
It used to be so much fun walking in the store and seeing all of the new technology... It just doesn't do it for me anymore.
Ordered online. They say 1 hour for pickup. Went 2.5 hours later and wasn't ready and they couldn't help me. Canceled order and walked to the back where they had 10 in stock. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me to finally get it. Insane
