The Geek Squad is trash. They've had my TV over 2 months. They said it would be repaired in less than two weeks originally. i've gone in there 3 times see what the problem is but the Geek Squad line is usually way too long. they wanted me to wait 45 minutes, just to see what's wrong with a TV.

Great store. Very well organized. I'm always able to find someone to help me. Today CJ assisted me. He provided info about my purchase info about possible market place purchases and details on Best Buy tech. services which I appreciated. It's nice to know that Best Buy takes the time to throughly train employees. Thank you CJ and thank you Best Buy!
