Years ago, like three, Best Buy was awesome. Great selection, great prices, incredible installation service - OH WELL ... no more ... they turfed customer service to an overseas can't speak good English can't help don't know their products.... you can't get anyone from the stores anymore ... just a foreigner on the phone ... I've tried for over a month to get a TV delivered .... would rather buy one elsewhere
