Great store. Very well organized. I'm always able to find someone to help me. Today CJ assisted me. He provided info about my purchase info about possible market place purchases and details on Best Buy tech. services which I appreciated. It's nice to know that Best Buy takes the time to throughly train employees. Thank you CJ and thank you Best Buy!
First off The greet at the door was horrible....no hey how are you welcome to Bestbuy just
"What do you need" exact words.....the only reason im giving a 4 we better off just walking in with no greet would have been 5 stars....
Other than than Caleb took really good care of my son and I, gave us good advice, friendly, respectful, good personality, knowledgeable and patient.... I believe he was training as well a new hire......I was sitting down already and Randomly a young lady offered my son a seat after about 15-20 mins of standing we really appreciated it...Just lets you know Caleb and the young lady have a good business mindset take care of the customer... so those 2 great interactions were truly amazing.... I manage a business so when I see good people in any field I have to shout them out.... Thank you Caleb and the young lady that brought my son a chair.
PS. The female worker had absolutely nothing to do with our transaction with Caleb.
