Really annoyed tonight by the staff at the local Rock Hill Best Buy. I came in to purchase a new keyboard and mouse for my iMac. Amazon and Walmart sold the mouse and keyboard for a total of about $40 less than Best Buy. Best Buy advertises that they "will not be beat on price" and that Best Buy price matches both Amazon and Walmart. The associate told me that for both items, to price match it has to be sold and shipped by Amazon or Walmart. Best Buy lost the sell to Amazon. Reason for not a one-star review is the associates did ask if I needed help a lot.

I'm not sure who is in charge of customer service etiquette training but this store is utterly embarrassing. If a young woman goes into this store BEWARE you will be treated poorly by the men employees then be asked fishing questions about your relationship status. I am here to purchase items, not be treated like and idiot and then asked if I have a boyfriend. This isn't the first time I've been degraded and had to deal with unhelpful service. Sounds like Best Buy needs to retrain these boys be respectful to women.
