I walked in at 10:10 am. 2 employees at the door asked what I was looking for. I replied a USB cord for a printer. I was directed to computer area, they said if they have one it's over there. No one was there so, ask the guy at the exit door can you get someone to get the cable. He replied, if you wait 20 minutes someone will help you. I replied, " I will just order from Amazon". His reply. " you do that " and I replied I will. Last visit from me to Best Buy.
Made a return and they made it effortless
Went inside and we weren’t greeted. Everyone else was. The selection of iPhone 17 pro max case was pitiful. Staff member was helping another customer but had his hand up the bottom of his shirt. Didn’t need to see his underwear, but could.
Had the AT&T mobile phone guy trying to sell us sketching. I hate going in to a store and get bombarded with a sales plan for a new phone and service.
We had attempted to look at the back of an iPad on display and the security alarm went off.
We waited in line. Two staff. One was helping and had the customer he was helping move to the next terminal and said to his colleague that she could help us. She ignored us until I said something and then she was dull.
Good thing is I got a new iPhone case.
not sure what it is about best buy in the last several years, but they just make me sad when I go inside one.
