Always read the fine print. The day before Christmas, I purchased an 85' Smart TV, an I Pad and a Surroundsound. I finally installed my TV and realized I didn't need the Surroundsound, so I attempted to return the system but to my heartbreaking surprise I wasn't allowed to return the item. My total purchased amount was around $1300.00. If Walmart, or Amazon can't provide me with items I want or need, certainly Best Buy will never get another cent from me. Apple scheduled an appointment for me to get a battery replacement for my iPhone-which was the easy part- I live an hour away from this location-drove there check in was easy-the associate that helped me verified they had the battery for my phone but informed me the Apple authorized associate left at 4pm. He also informed me that since Apple made the appointment there were no details regarding the appointment-I guess I don’t understand how there wouldn’t be details when they scheduled the appt. No courtesy call to ask to reschedule the appt or anything-pretty disappointing.
