Helpful. They had what I needed.
My finance and me were here 2 weeks ago so he could get a gaming setup. We walked around a while and he was waiting for an employee that was not already with a customer to help us out and give him some knowledge about the best PC to get. They were busy. The store was very clean. One guy walked past us and got Tavian to help us. I’m pretty sure that was his name. He said he usually works in the warehouse. He had a cool mustache. He knew what he was talking about and helped us out, he was so kind, cool, and knowledgeable. I’m so glad he was able to help us. My only down side is they were out of alot of gaming PC equipment, however Christmas did just happen, soo I mean I understand🤷♀️. Anyways we ended up making a decision and went home with a great one thanks to Tavian. He even helped us carry it out to the car. Thank you 🙏 😁
The geek squad at Best Buy always know what they’re doing! Doug was super helpful! Although I am sad to report that the staff does not play volleyball on their knees before opening the store like my store in Greenville did back in the day when I worked at Best Buy. (Hint hint, nudge nudge. Great team builder!). P.S. To the people who bring their computers in that are infested with cockroaches inside…Seriously??!
