Best Buy has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions in the past. Today, was another great example where they offered a very fair trade-in value for an iPad Pro 13 towards a new iPad Pro 11 and helped me return a keyboard case a bit past the window so that I could get one to match.
No push back. No ‘let me check with my manager’. Just great customer service from the moment I walked in the store through a fairly complex online pickup w/trade in to showing me favor on an exchange.
THANK YOU. I appreciate the great customer service in a difficult business model.

Told to go wait in the section I needed because what I wanted was “locked up”. Waited 20 mins then eventually walked out pissed off. They clearly don’t want my money so I’ll be going elsewhere going forward.

Bought a new TV here. Johnny was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about the models I was looking at purchasing, genuinely interested in making sure I was buying something I would be happy with. Helped load it in the truck and ensured it was secure enough for the journey home as well.
Store manager is awesome; always willing to help with any issue or concern. Superb customer service with every visit! Definitely a A+++ rating!
