Don’t buy computers from this location. I bought a brand new Mac desktop here. It was marketed and sold to me as new, but it was refurbished and had been tampered with. I noticed the computer was slow, so I bought memory to upgrade it and that’s when I found out I had been lied to. My ‘new’ $3000 Mac desktop runs sluggishly and slow. I can’t believe how dishonest and crooked up this location is.
I see the owner responded. Thank you. The point is that this Best Buy location sold me a used computer as a new computer. To make it right, refund me the money and I’ll give you the computer with the upgraded ram. The computer has been sitting in storage and not been used. But as we know, that won’t ever happen, so I decided to post my story.
