Great service from cash register attendee
Do not buy any tech from Beat Buy!!! Bought a new Asus computer from Best Buy, it broke after 3 months. We called asus, they said to go to Best Buy. We went to Best Buy, they said they can’t do anything and to call asus. Asked us to leave the store because they didn’t have a manager there to help and there was nothing they could do. The staff was extremely rude and smelled of illegal drugs. Then, we called Best Buy customer support, they said we have to call Asus because if we didn’t buy the Best Buy warranty, they can’t help us as they’re just a distributor…then they literally hung up on us. So…don’t buy anything from them because if anything happens, they will flat out refuse to help.

Was looking to buy a new Canon printer and some extra ink. This location didn't carry the ink that the printer uses. Decided not to purchase. What a letdown 😞
