Purchased tv less than 2 years ago $1,700. Wanted to charge me $130 to tell me what was wrong with it.
Bought Beats Solo Pro headphones $160 5 years ago, will not tell me what is wrong. And refused to fix them. DONE WITH BEST BUY.

Went in to buy a cell phone on New Years Day and not a single person asked us for help. They were lined up at the cell area gabbing sway. It was clear I was there to purchase a cell as I kept saying I wonder if you have this in stock. They just kept gabbing away so I walked out.
