Went to buy a tv, took 30 mins to get help in an almost empty store. Turns out the tv was broke and when I tried to return it 2 days later they said they were not accepting returns that day to come back the next day. Customer service at this store is some of the worst I have ever seen.

Had made an online order to get delivered and install a TV in my place, took off work and everything. No phone calls or anything the day of to tell me they had to reschedule. Didn't try and get it delivered. Canceled the whole order. Terrible experience.

Couldn't get anyone to help answer my questions.I guess the place is kind of self surf.You scan a q r code and it takes you to the website if I wanted to look at the website, I would have just stayed home.and shopped on Amazon I guess it's their loss.
