Customer service is unacceptable at this location.
Difficulty getting store associates assistance.
Store appears understaffed, unsupervised and associates are highly untrained.
There is a lack of store leadership and apathetic management.
Customer service counter associates lack proper training. They appear to have no knowledge how to assist customers. One female at the customer service counter, short, white, brown hair has the worst demeanor and character. She is rude and acts inconvenienced. It is very unprofessional.
Store associates appear disengaged.There is a lack of employee morale throughout the store.
Store associates also have no knowledge on the products they are selling.
These type issues plague this store and lead customers as myself to shop elsewhere.
I felt my business was unappreciated and the store atmosphere is unwelcoming.

The associates were great. I would recommend this one over the store in N Charleston they were awful, rude, not helpful just a terrible experience.

We would like to say thank you for the great service we received from Chris, he took time to explain treadmills to us extremely dumb and old people . He's a breath of fresh air in todays fast paced world.We hope your store knows how great an asset he is to your store.
