On April 1st, I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy. After the installation, the unit did not function properly, and water leaked onto my floor, causing damage and inconvenience. I contacted your online customer service team and arranged for a replacement with a different brand at the same price. I was assured that the new dishwasher would be installed at no additional cost and that the defective unit would be removed.
However, when the replacement dishwasher was delivered, the delivery personnel informed me that they were only responsible for dropping off the new unit and would not install it or remove the old one. Since then, I have contacted online support multiple times, but each representative has been unable to resolve the issue or provide consistent assistance.
Last week, a manager contacted me and promised to arrange installation. It has now been another week, and I have not received any follow-up or scheduling information.
At this point, I have two dishwashers in my home, both unusable, taking up significant space. I have been without a working dishwasher for nearly a month, which is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. This experience has been very disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.
I can't get over this. Been thinking about it for weeks. I went to this Best buy and they tried to sell me external hard drives for like almost $1,000. I was able to go to Western digital's website and get it for $100. I'm a fan of Best buy but this really made me wonder..

Had to run in and get something last minute for my camera and was helped and was even in a rush and forgot my item but the Geek Squad associate quickly brought it to me outside and was able to make it to my photo engagement on time.
