They were very unprofessional !
Just an average experience. Was looking for a tv, some of the displays weren’t on so I couldn’t see what the picture looks like. Kinda wandered the store for a bit to find a corner with a bunch of other tvs. The 5 associates at the front never once asked if I needed help. Probably won’t come back

Made an appointment to have my Apple iPhone battery replaced, since Best Buy is an authorized repair center (and close to my home). My phone has active AppleCare+ coverage and was showing my battery as "significantly degraded" and in need of replacement. Cost was shown as $0 (i.e. free) when I made the appointment. I got to Best Buy, stood in line, waited for several techs to enter all my info into their system(s), was told that they did have a battery in stock - but then they told me there would be a "service charge" of $99 for the battery service. I showed them my AppleCare coverage and the zero charge, but they were adamant about charging me $99. I asked if that was a Best Buy fee, and they told me that Apple would charge me the same thing if I went to an Apple Store. I seriously doubt it. I think Best Buy was either trying to take advantage of me or their techs didn't know what they were talking about. Sorry Best Buy, but I'm done with you for the foreseeable future. I'll head to the nearest Apple Store and hopefully have better luck.

I ordered an item online, and within an hour, I was able to go and pick it up at the store.
When I parked and went inside at the entrance, I showed the bar code on my phone of the item. Immediately, the man when and came back with my item, and I was on my way.
