Absolutely horrific customer service was told to reach out in Facebook messenger to get a delivery failure by best buy corrected and get my TV delivered. Dealt with Meghan and she was horrible rude and has no need to be in customer service. Once this is actually delivered I will make sure people on Amazon are aware as well as the horrific treatment they provided absolutely will NEVER buy anything from here again

Bought a TV through Amazon at best buy I took the day off so I could be here. Got a call. I called back 10 times no answer called the store spent 45 mins trying to get a person no luck so now I won't be here the rest of the week I am pissed and will never buy from them again

This is how truck 44211 passes on 17-A in Summerville between summers corner and Dorchester road. Very reckless and very dangerous. Just last year we lost right around 20 souls on this very highway due to head on collisions. I would guess that the person driving that he passed was probably 80 years old. It scared that woman to death! I will never purchase anything from Best Buy as long as they have drivers like this! I called the store was on hold over 15 minutes before someone in California answered. He told me to go to the store to make a report. I'm certain they did not want a bad review!
