Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

Stopped in to the Summerville location today to buy a laptop. Had ballpark specs for what I was looking for and Michelle in the computer section was great to deal with. We talked about what I wanted and specs and she walked us through a few options and why she would recommend each. We walked out with a laptop with specs needed and price in the range desired. Very satisfied with the service received.

I have been waiting for a month and a half for a repair and it's been the worst experience of my life. This company has only one technicians to cover the entire charleston area. Cancel six times and stood me up three times, made all kind of mistakes booking appointments and change their schedule as they please I have never dealt with such a terrible customer services If I have to rate them I will rate them - 100. You can buy anything in g you want in best buy but pray you don't have a repair or don't bother buying a protection plan it's worthless"
