Long lines can be difficult during the holiday seasons. You can certainly create orders online for pickup to skip the line with curbside or in store pickup. Apple made an appointment here to get my granddaughters iPad scrwwn fixed. They said they were going to send it off & freeze my card for the entire cost of the iPad until the replacement came back. That was a hard NO!!! I was trying to avoid going downtown to the Apple store & still had to go!! Even though screen repair is $29, she got a new iPad replacement for $49!!!
