Came in for a separate purchase but ending up buying Pokémon when we saw they were in stock, the two girls at the checkout counter were extremely rude to my wife and I when going to purchase the card packs. Before me, there was a gentleman who bought four packs and walked out with no issue then I come up and ask for two and check out. My wife comes up and asks for two packs and is then told that there's a limit of TWO per HOUSEHOLD. We verified with another employee and confirmed that the limit was, in fact FOUR per PERSON. So, my wife goes back to get her two packs. The girls behind the counter start whispering to each other, giving my wife nasty looks, and being all around rude. I understand not having correct information but there is a professional way to handle situations and this was NOT one of them. Been collecting for two years and this has never been an issue, extremely disappointing service.
