My experience at Best Buy was horrible. The cashier who helped me acted like he did not want to be there and like helping customers was too much for him. I asked a simple question and he gave me a short and vague answer that made no sense. When I tried again to get a clearer response, he repeated himself and only made me more confused.
He never smiled, never made me feel welcome, and even sighed before answering me which was extremely rude. Because of his negative treatment, I left the store upset and disrespected. I will never return to this Best Buy. Honestly, I wonder if it is really that hard to be nice and respectful towards people.
