Was great picked up a black Friday deal tvs and they offered to bring out load all with our me saying word great crew
Guy in TV department was very rude, selective in who he was 'helping'. We left the store because of him and I will NOT buy from there because of him.
And so:--- We got our TV elsewhere. If that is what you hire, then I won't ever be back.

Best buy us usually a pretty good place to buy tech, we bought multiple things from this location in the past with no issues. I called before I came down to check if you guys had some specific items in stock, and I was told on the phone that they were in stock. So I came here to get some audio installation equipment, and was disappointed in the service and help. Or lack thereof help. Usually you can get a Best Buy team member to help you pretty quickly, this time around, I was pretty much on my own. I asked for some assistance, it took 15+ minutes for someone to arrive even though there were many people just standing around. I found one of the products I needed, the other two I was told were in stock were actually out of stock. So after waiting quite some time for help, wasting gas to get to the location, I walked out with nothing in hand. I wouldn't be so annoyed if I hadn't been given false information on the phone, and if I hadn't been left waiting for a team member for nearly 20 minutes. Compared to my last experiences with this location, this was subpar. I get that the lack of my sale isn't going to affect Best Buy at all, but I'm definitely not going to be returning to Best Buy anytime soon. There is a reason why companies like Amazon are taking over, because the inventory is genuinely reliable and well tracked. Even though I'm going to have to wait for the Amazon order to arrive, at this point it'll be cheaper and easier than tracking down any products at best buy.
