I went shopping Christmas Eve so my fault that they didn’t have the steam game card that I wanted for my grandson. I was still able to buy two $30 cards for him.

I recently visited Best Buy to purchase Meta Gen 2 glasses. The first employee who helped us, knew absolutely nothing about the product. After that, I noticed the ones I had were green lenses and I wanted clear. The second employee was helpful, however they were out of gen 2 with clear lenses. So we decided to order them and paid for 2 day shipping to get them. I have now received a notification the shipping is delayed and I can't get a refund for the shipping. I can't even cancel the order.
Customer service sucks you can’t get a live person
