Terrible phone AI and out sourced customer service that won't let you talk to a sales associate to check in store availability

This Best Buy has the best people's working for them, and they will go over board to get the item you need, like the game that was in the backroom and one person helping me out to get a printer and the price was cheaper then walmart one line analog and three button on the printer that costed almost 25 dollars more then the other brother.
Guys knew what they're talking about.
