Not sure why this store offers in store pickup if none of the store employees will help you get your order. They walk by the pickup desk but no one stops to help but yet all the associates can be on their phone texting. I canceled the order and went to another store.

Sucks that I have write this but I wanted a laptop to use for Photoshop and was recommended one that is not even compatible whatsoever. Super irritating and puts me out almost $400. Should’ve realized the sale price too good to be true.
Super upsetting and cannot accomplish what I need from it. Hopefully something can be done with to accommodate the poor recommendation otherwise I’ll have take my business elsewhere which would suck.
