If I could give negative stars I would do -5 stars as this is the most horrendous place I’ve ever visited I’m an autistic adult went in here to buy my husband an iPhone as he needed a new phone only to be denied said phone cause they called the cops telling them I was acting disorderly and they wanted me banned basically boiling down to banning me due to my autism staff are cruel and heartless and don’t care to look into the fact I had all the even physical telltale markers of being autistic including my sound canceling headphones even the cops who had no choice but to ban me cause it was Best Buy’s wishes knew from a mile away I was autistic having a hard time not being disorderly do not come here ever if you care about anyone even slightly neurodivergent
