On July 12, I called Best Buy looking for headphones for my TV. It was almost your closing time and I reached a person by the name of Julio and told him I was technology illiterate and he helped me and was so kind. He is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. He explained different options to me told me how to hook them up and was very pleasant throughout the conversation, this was at the Sioux Falls store and I just wanted to reach out to you and praise him as he was so outstanding and I’m still thinking about how pleasant he was and I did keep him over his checkout time and he didn’t complain about that. He made sure that I had everything that I needed and I applaud you for hiring this caliber person. Please be sure that Julio gets this message and knows how much I appreciated him! Thank you so much! Went in looking for a laptop that wasn’t in stock and a bunch of teenagers looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t try to help me find it or asked if I wanted to order it online.
