I was just at the sioux falls sd store and me and my husband were looking at tvs and other speakers. The employees had one of the speakers at full volume and i went to turn it down and that didnt work so i hit the power button. They were pissed and turned it on at full volume. No consideration for us wanted to hear other speakers or shop in that area without getting a migraine. Why are employees acting like customers are the problem!

I came here to get my iPhone camera checked out I had a reservation at 1:20pm I did arrive a minute late. Every employee was busy with other customers, so I left confused.
Leave it up to this Best Buy location to screw up my whole viewpoint towards Best Buy whom I've conducted business with for 25 years now.
Absolutely incompetent people here, especially the management.
Long story short, my son is making his 2nd 2 hour round trip back home today... empty handed.
I do not have words to express how angry I am with these people.
Lack of communication, poor training, poor leadership and 0 out of 5 stars on their customer relations ability.
Best Buy, you lost a customer today that has spent a lot of money.
I hope it was worth it.
Don't worry everyone, they treat paid membership customers this way.
So im sure the average person stopping by will really enjoy their level of service.
Not again!
The staff is helpful and informative without being pushy. I always have fun conversations with them.
