My experience at Best Buy was horrible. The cashier who helped me acted like he did not want to be there and like helping customers was too much for him. I asked a simple question and he gave me a short and vague answer that made no sense. When I tried again to get a clearer response, he repeated himself and only made me more confused. He never smiled, never made me feel welcome, and even sighed before answering me which was extremely rude. Because of his negative treatment, I left the store upset and disrespected. I will never return to this Best Buy. Honestly, I wonder if it is really that hard to be nice and respectful towards people.

First of all let's start by saying if I could give a negative star review, I would! This entire company is a joke. Bought a sound bar with warranty. 3 years later, stopped working out of no where. It would cut in and out and just stop working for hours at a time. Called to get it serviced, was then told I had to make an appointment to bring it in. We live an hour and a half a way from the nearest Best buy. They refuse to allow us to send it in, they refuse to send someone to you to service things. OK, whatever. Drive to the sioux falls store. Brought it in for a repair. They sent it in..it took 4 weeks to get it back. We then had to go back to the store to pick it up. We were told if the problem continues bring it back in and we would get in store credit for a new one as the specific one we have is no longer available, it was also on the PAPERWORK. Not even a week later its cutting out. 2 days later it stopped working for 2 days then randomly started working again. Made another appointment in sf to return it for the store credit we were told we would receive. Get to the store and they tell us its not possible for them to give us store credit refused to even call the repair company to confirm they agreed to give us store credit ( even though its on the paperwork we were given) left, called corporate store. They sent us to geek squad customer service. After 2 hours we finally had it figured out to go back to the store. We get to the store and again they tell us it needs to be sent in for a junk out and we would be emailed with our credit so we dont have to come back. I was happy it was finally getting resolved. its been almost 2 weeks and its not even at the repair store yet. Called 3 different customer service people to finally get in touch with someone at the store who says they might be doing repairs. They aren't suppose to be doing a repair, it was sent out for a "junk out". I have never in my life been this frustrated with a company. The amount of loops and hoops customers have to go through is absolutely uncalled for. Best buy, you have lost 2 more loyal customers!!
