Went in looking for a laptop that wasn’t in stock and a bunch of teenagers looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t try to help me find it or asked if I wanted to order it online.

If they can't honor a price for an item that has been marked wrong then they need to figure out a better system for keeping their store in order. This item matched the tag almost perfectly, none of us even thought anything of it until we saw the price it rang up as. We talked to a manager to see why there was such a discrepancy being we thought it was the correct item. Turns out it was the next model up and they didn't have any of the older models in stock. Instead of being understand or even offering a small discount for the disappointment we were told no but you can drive over an hour to go get one at a Best Buy that does have it in stock, bye! Some real great customer service there. Why even have a sign up if you dont have the item anymore?? Again, bringing me back to they need to figure out a better system to keep their products and staff in order! This review could have been totally opposite had they not basically told us to go elsewhere.

Went in to buy gaming system and couldnt decide between PS5 or Switch 2... NO DISPLAY to play around on and help.make decision.. Not much for Customer service took em almost 30 minutes to get me some help and they weren't busy... After 30 minutes and no consoles to test we decided to leave ... What a shame where I come from in Louisiana they have consoles out for you to test and play... I love Best Buy but was very disappointed in this store... Hope they make changes beings this is now my new Home Store Location
