Due to death of dryer we went to Best Buy to replace our set. We knew what we wanted. We were met by Frank in the appliance department. He made the experience a pleasure. He makes Best Buy look good! He was friendly, FUN, efficient. I said to my spouse may now would be a good time to replace another item. Frank to us to his recommendation for that item. We made the decision easily. My spouse is in retail sales, even had owned his own store. So when he is comfortable with a salesperson I know we are in good hands. Frank in the Sioux Falls Best Buy...gets the highest praise!!

Do not buy their warranty!!!! End of the day you will pay for the damage. When I got offered to buy the warranty best buy never mentioned that there is deductible. I was told everything is covered.
