Do not recommend store 170 in Brentwood tn was charged twice for a tv. I had questions no one was real clear on how to answer. The 800 number claimed the store processed the second transaction. There is now a preauthorization the store employees told me to dispute with my bank. So if you order online it’s possible they will hold the same amount as your purchase and one transaction will FALL OFF eventually lol. 1 star since 0 is not available.

Reber and Alonzo were our heroes today - we’ve been without electricity for days and bought a portable power station online to help us get by until it can be restored - but had no way to actually charge it at home! Not only did they let us charge the unit in the store, but Reber kept an eye on it personally to allow us to run other errands while we waited. They went above and beyond to help us during a tough time - we really appreciate it!
