For a first time dealing with Best Buy,this store could be fine as a circus not “best buyers”. Unprofessional staff caused me a bill for a cellular provider for a phone and a phone number I did not get for a system error during purchasing process that got frozen and they couldn’t understand what’s going on neither me and then finds out that I have a due bill to pay for a phone and phone plan bill! Tried contacting the service provider which didn’t help too, went to other branch seemed to be unable to fix this though supporting and caring.
Eventually, I had to pay for something I don’t possess because of people not hired to do their job well!

Fire every manager at this store you have. Stood by a laptop ready to buy for 20 minutes not a soul around. Kid at the front of the store playing on his phone. Similar experience every time I’ve walked in this place. Nobody goes here because they want to, they go out of convenience. Anything you sell can be bought online, cheaper and without having to screw with driving through Cool Springs traffic. Stay at home, order online. This place is the worst. They don’t value their customers any further than the register. (If you’re lucky enough to get someone to help you spend your money there). Worthless staff here. Btw…what’s the profit margin on a $2900 laptop??? Whatever that is for you, it’s sitting in your parking lot telling the world how much you suck at your jobs.

I bought a washer dyer combination unit less than 3 weeks ago. When the dryer stopped working I called Best Buy. The only help they offered was a phone number to GE. The reason I went to Best Buy was that I thought they backed up what the sell. I was mistaken. I should have bought from someone who would help me.
