I drove from Murfreesboro to Brentwood (about 40 miles) to pick up a handheld gamepad that was an open box item in "excellent condition". When I was still in the store I realized there was no charger in the box and the staff rectified this. When I got home, there was a also a small stand missing and come to find out the unit is broken. One of the joysticks completely does not work. Very disappointed to receive a product like this when products sold as "excellent condition" are supposed to be like new, even has the "inspected by best buy" tape on the box which was also already open. They clearly don't test the products and ensure all accessories are present at this store. I only gave 2 stars because the staff members at the store were pleasant.
