The location won't last long. Tiny store not much selection, not sure how the keep the doors open.
The Geek Squad at the Bristol, TN store is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our experience top notch! We were waited on in a timely manner, everything was explained to us in detail, a the pick up time for service on our product was spot on. I can’t say enough great things about this store. Weston in particular was incredibly helpful and has impeccable customer service!
8:28 pm Jan 19th 2026 check the cameras we walked in to about 6 employees just standing at the door , we came in to do a exchange and was greeted by the most hateful man (the gentleman with long hair and a beard ) I’ve ever met ! Everyone acted like we were an inconvenience there wasn’t a single customer in the building ! The huh helping with the return was rude ! We asked if something was mag safe was met with “I DUNNO YOULL HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT” wow what help- I believe the man with a beard is racist as he was extremely rude to my friend who is black on the irony of encountering that on MLK DAY is just….
The people that work there are not willing to help anyone that is if you can get them to wait on you
