Winter and bought a s24 Ultra new and bought a phone case and cover and the guy told me when I picked it up that they would put it on for free the manager that was there the female manager was extremely rude it took over an hour and a half to get my phone and then another 30 minutes after that saying she's not going to put that screen protector on its some charge and after I was told it would be free with the order she said she don't have time for that and she ain't doing it
Ordered a washer and dryer on May 6. Paid for delivery and installation. The earliest delivery date was May 29th. Took a personal day from work to be home for the delivery. The 28th I got a text to expect delivery between 9:30 and 1:30 the next day. The next morning I got a call at 9am that my delivery was canceled and I would need to reschedule. The next available delivery is July 3. So eight weeks after I ordered them. Contacted customer service three times and have been told that a manager from the store would be contacting me within 24 hours. That was last week and I still have yet to hear from anyone from the store.
My daughter cracked her computer screen and came in for repair. While they couldn't do it because it was an Apple machine, they gave her information of the best way to handle it and with who. Super polite. They said hello when we walked in, very clean store.
