From my salesman Mark to my "Geek squad" guy Brad, it has been a great experience!
You walk in the store and there are 15 employees walking around, yet you sit on hold for 20 minutes to speak with someone. Corporate will reply to this with something about them caring about improving customer experiences. Obviously not.
Edit* spoke to someone in a call Center, was just trying to find out about E-waste recycling and they charge $30 to recycle 2 monitors and idk what else. Insane they charge to recycle things they are going to sell in bulk to a recycler for profit and get for free from people. The epitome of corporate greed.
