Planned to order an item online and found it here in stock with no additional cost and left with it in hand! No waiting!!!

I drove 20 miles to this store to buy a Moto phone they had in stock. Yes, they had it in stock but not on display. When I asked if I could see one before I bought it, I was told no. I replied I don't buy pigs in a poke (old people know this saying). So I asked what the return policy was and was told 2 weeks with a $40 restocking fee. So I asked if I could open the phone in the store and look at it. I was told only if I buy it and if I don't want it I will have to pay the restocking fee. That is crazy. I told them no thanks I will get it somewhere else. I try to shop local and not let Amazon become a monopoly, but BB just pushed me to Amazon where the return is much easier. Since Christmas a couple of months ago, I have spent over $1,000 there on a TV, sound bar, and 4 door bell cameras. I won't be back. Pathetic service. Walmart had this phone on display and I was able to test it, but did not have the unlocked version, so Amazon it is.
