Went in and was promptly sexually harassed by the staff. Due to my heightening discomfort, I quickly found what I was looking for and left, only to realize that they had charged me for their Teen Tech Foundation without asking me. (As I am not in the habit of paying companies back for their own charity write-offs, I would have said no if I had been asked, but since I was not, this can only be cited as a theft from the employee for the store.) Took my product back and asked for a refund on the product and the 'donation' but never received my 'donation' charge back. I find it odd as well that whenever I tried to call the store I would be sent to a call center in either the Philippines or Trinidad & Tobago. I have no issues with the call center people, but they should probably install phones into the stores themselves considering the issues could 'only be resolved in the store'.

I went in looking to replace a very old wireless router. Jeremy found me and asked if I needed help. I absolutely needed help! I'm not tech savvy. Jeremy asked all the questions and explained what needed to be explained. He helped me select a reasonably priced router that will carry my needs for the next few years. Kudos to Jeremy! What an asset for Best Buy!
