The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, though it can take a little time to find someone available during busy hours. That said, when I did get assistance, they were able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction without being pushy. The checkout process was straightforward, and the Geek Squad team provided excellent support for setting up my new device. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, even if there’s room for improvement in overall response time during peak periods. Overall, Best Buy provides a reliable and consistent shopping experience. While it may not be flawless, it’s definitely a go-to destination for tech enthusiasts and everyday shoppers alike.

Friendly workers. Extremely extremely slow process for picking up already paid for items at the pick up window. Would have been much faster to just pick out my own items and pay at the front check out .

One of the best locations I've visited solely for the fact this is the only location I haven't had to try and get an employees attention who would rather be on their phone than help. Gregg was amazing! He was friendly, personable, went out of his way to ask if I needed anything else and proceeded to help me locate every single item I went in to purchase and then checked me out. Employees like Gregg are what more stores need to find! I hope someone recognizes him

Given its been years since I’ve been to an electronics store, I was price shocked. I couldn’t believe how expensive everything was. I’m sure though the price reflects the quality. The customer service was so-so, Couldn’t get a straight answer regarding the questions I had. We ended leaving without spending a dime.
