Terrible customer experience. Purchased Aura ring but couldn’t change to the right size. To get the right size they ask extra $200… I will never buy there anything else.

My wife and I decided to visit the store on a Sunday afternoon, hoping to find a HP laptop that was on sale. As we entered the store, we were greeted by Seth, who assisted us with all our needs. We went through about ten different laptops before we found the perfect one. Seth explained in detail about the processors and storage of each laptop we looked at. Although we ended up spending a little more than expected, it was well worth it because we ended up getting a much better laptop for just a few hundred more dollars. Seth is an amazing salesperson, and we will definitely come back to shop with him again.

Best Buy at the Pinnacle is the worst managed store I have ever in my entire life been in. The workers have nasty BO. I asked multiple employees for help and none of them could assistant me. Even the manager said he’ll have someone come help but never did. Rude and unprofessional. The difference between the Johnson city location is like night and day. DON’T COME TO THIS STORE

Great customer service. Kody helped me pick out the best tv for me. He answered all my questions and showed me different ones. Kody and Jeremy loaded the tv n my vehicle for me and made sure it was secure. Very clean store also.
