I purchased a Dyson fan for nearly $900 and decided to return it after just 4 days. To my surprise, I would be charged a 15% restocking fee—over $130—despite the item being in perfect condition with original packaging. No one at the store clearly explained this policy at checkout, and it feels like a penalty for changing your mind too quickly. For such a large purchase, I expected better customer service and transparency. I won’t be buying high-ticket items from Best Buy again.
