Very poor customer service with regards to installation. I purchased a washer and dryer with the installation scheduled on 1-3-26. The problem is the dryer couldn't be installed properly due to their faulty vent, and now I'm being told there's nothing they can do, and that I'd likely need to find my own flexible vent. No help from Best Buy as to what I need to order or from where. I have these brand new appliances that I cant use. Does the Best Buy mission statement include sell an item, but not do a thing to help the customer with installation or have an incomplete installation? Certainly a very disappointing experience, which I will be escalating myself. The store manager was very unprofessional with basically throwing his hands up saying "there's nothing I can do". I asked for a district manager, but they cant give any higher management information. Apparantly, I'm stuck with incompetent management. He did provide a minor refund which is not what I wanted. I'll gladly pay for the service, just COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. Grossly unprofessional experience with an extreme lack of effort to correct their mistake.

Expansive and probably has practically everything you need. However, they were extremely understaffed at the customer service/checkout with 1-2 people working at a time. Every couple of minutes a cashier would leave and the line was so long, it was going into the aisles.
