We bought a tripod a couple of weeks ago that did not work. We were out of town and could not bring it back and they would not let us return it because it had to be back within 12 days. It never worked and now we're stuck with it. And when I went to check on a camera I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me and we finally get someone and she's coming our way and then all the sudden she starts helping someone else and go to the store so we just left. Worst customer service ever

Don't do curbside pickup. You'll wait over half an hour for them to decide to bring out your items (if they decide to). I went to go pick up my items on my lunch break. After 40 minutes of realizing no one was coming after I already checked in and my order was ready.. I go into the store. The store is NOT busy. I talk with a staff member who apologizes and directs me to a woman at the counter. The woman at the counter was not so polite and was having a whole other conversation on the phone while I'm trying to get my order. When I did get my order. It wasn't the complete order. I had to show the lady she was missing an item. Overall terrible experience on a day where there's barely anyone in the damn store
