Stick to online unless you want to wait around for 20 minutes. When someone finally came up to me, instead of helping me or ask if I had any questions, they just sent me up to customer service so they could put their energy into reprimanded the employees for not helping customers fast enough. whole experience was horrible - it’s a shame the one in rivergate that was closer to me closed down. Hopefully they get it together over here.
