Bought a TV from them. They were communicative, prompt and punctual.
Delivery guy was kind and respectful.

This was the first time going to the new Best Buy in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Since they closed the one in Madison,Tn and opened the new Best Buy. It was laid out very well, I was a bit disappointed with the person who helped me because he wasn't very knowledgeable about the products that I was looking for one being a new TV and a new printer. Also I had ordered online to go pick up because they were running a sale and when I got there they said that they didn't have those items after it already was confirmed online that they did. So I asked if he was working on a commission base since he was trying to get me to buy more expensive items and he said no that they don't get incentives to upsell. So I went and decided what I wanted on my own for way cheaper than what he was trying to sell me and I'm glad I did because he was trying to sell me a printer that was a couple hundred dollars more expensive than the one that I bought and when I bought that's exact same thing it was just a bigger model for like an office and I just need it for personal use not for work. But other than that they still had pretty good prices.
