Put your people back in actual Best Buy shirts! I’m sure AT&T is paying you a lot of money to have their name on the shirt instead of yours and to make it look like they’re AT&T employees and not Best Buy employees. I much prefer to shop in person, but the changes you have made over the years to the store have progressively gotten worse and worse changing the location of the store wasn’t going to improve your business going back to your old business model is what’s gonna save your business I have enough people going to all these other box stores pushing AT&T and other services. I don’t want when I just wanna buy whatever that particular business is selling other than a phone deal. Almost every time I step in into Best Buy in the last few years, I questioned my decision on doing so I’m like OK maybe I’ll just go buy it online. Today is the last day I will ever step foot in the Best Buy I’m just gonna start buying it online from another company because your whole business model has changed and you’re no longer worth stepping foot into. Yes, I want to see something in person. I wanna look at things in person. I wanna push the buttons, but I don’t want is to be bombarded by someone who Looks like they work for another company. It is an absolute turn off and I don’t want that initial conversation or the follow up conversation to lead into a phone plan conversation which is exactly how it appears. I buy my electronics in person and it’s no longer gonna be at Best Buy. You were always where I start for electronics and appliances and now you are never where I will go again. For the better part of 25 years, you have been where I buy my electronics and this new business Model doesn’t Even make me want to buy anything online from you. You wanna do better bring back the old business model so where we can see stuff and touch it and get rid of those darn shirts
Your new ai phone bullshit SUCKS. I NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH SOMETHING SO FRUSTRATING. I JUST WANT TO BUY A PHINE I CANT EVEN TALK YO SOMEONE. IT REFUSES COMPLETELY AND HANGS UP ON ME.
