Geek Squad was able to upgrade my computer correctly but there was a grave lack of communication on their part. They constantly voicemailed me with details I did not request but it would never let me get back with them. When I finally returned, they said I need to spend an extra $100 when I had already spent $163, saying they needed to install an operating system, which the associate who checked me in did not mention. Definitely won’t be back.
