Carson did a great job helping us pick out a gaming PC.
Bought a Meta Quest here. Salesman told me I would receive $300 off when it goes on sale. Not only did it never go on sale, but when I went to return it a manager, Kirby, told me the Serial number for my quest conveniently didnt match my receipt. Upon doing some research, it seems the headset has its own serial number. Kirby insinuated that I swapped it for an older one even though I bought it 2 weeks only prior.
I've never had a negative experience at best buy before this but the lying and lack of professionallism was uncalled for.

Went in to get some computer speakers and saw one with a great price and discount. Upon ring up the sale price was not accurate. Though the associate was unable to help, the manager was able to honor the price tag which was massive savings. Big shout out.
