The customer service is terrible!!!!! When calling you only get someone in a foreign country that doesn't speak proper English even though I am returning a call from local Johnson City Tn store. I will take my American money to a locally owned company. If you support AI and foreign companies this is the company to support.

The manager of this store obviously got the job from a family member. Shaggy loves to lord over his underlings and be condescending to the customers. This is the second run-in I've had with this joker. I've never seen anyone act so aggressively obnoxious every time he interacts with someone. The funny part is how awful he behaves over such tiny purchases. I bought a Pixel 10 Pro and a case online, but the case didn't come in time so I bought a different one and then bought another used one from BB like the new one. I forgot about the new one until I found the box last week. I went to take it back, the customer support girl was sweet but she let him handle it. He laughed and yelled about HOW LONG that is to expect a refund (should have been $17.99+tax) and said his max policy was 14 days. He then proceeded to gift card me the amount for the used case and and told me I was lucky to get it. Mind you, the case was new and still sealed. I'm not arguing with a jerk on a power trip over $5, but this is the reason I stopped shopping at this particular store a couple of years ago. I expect karma will catch up eventually, but I'm through dealing with companies who gleefully abuse customers.
It was a simple pick-up from an online order but the cashier was great and I was in and out.
