Mykell was absolutely awesome. She helped us with questions about TVs and even helped us find our new microwave purchase. She definitely knows her stuff and she had a smile the whole time. It’s nice to see employees happy to be at work and happy to answer all of our random questions that would seem simple to someone else. Truly appreciate her and this location and we will definitely be back to do the big TV purchase. Thank you again for your kindness and your help.

I'm not a fan of the big box stores BUT..... I walked in at noon on Sunday 9/6. The guy at the front door greeted me and asked if he could help. I told him generally what I was after and he helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Then he pointed and gave me directions right to where I needed to be. On the way I was greeted by another employee who also asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he walked there with me, explained the differences between the available options, then he rang me out. The whole process took about 3 minutes and I got exactly what I needed. Thanks guys!!!
