I had an appointment to get a device fixed here and everything. I drove all the way down from NC, an hour and a half, because this was the closest approved service center for me under my device’s warranty. Then I was turned away because they said they didn’t have enough time to fit me in. Told me to come back the next day. Why did you all give me the appointment then? Now I’m having to miss my classes to go back down here and spend six hours total with round trips just to get this done. I’m not faulting the tech because clearly he was being overworked but come on people, do better.

I've walked in so many times to them scamming old people the worst was this older lady wanted a big bluetooth speaker sound bar combo for her TV this dude tried to sell her the Samsung soundbar ( most expensive one she didn't need ) and a Bluetooth converter witch was to top the cake because most of the Samsung soundbars have Bluetooth built in
