I had a problem with my tablet and took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Johnson City. There was a line so there was a wait. However, when it was my turn, the young man behind the counter was very nice. He explained what he was doing to my tablet and why. Turns out it can't be fixed, but there was no charge and he was very pleasant. He did not rush through his checking of my tablet. I traveled over an hour to get there and I would do it again in the future.
Jackson was a great help today! Definitely will be coming back specifically because of him. Not many people like him left in the world! Thanks again

The customer service is terrible!!!!! When calling you only get someone in a foreign country that doesn't speak proper English even though I am returning a call from local Johnson City Tn store. I will take my American money to a locally owned company. If you support AI and foreign companies this is the company to support.
