Paid for a new tv to be picked up in person. This store manager refused to let me take delivery without a trailer to load it on. There was zero communication about this “policy”. I even tried to call the store to discuss pickup but guess what? The store does not take outside calls. So, I drove 45mins there to be refused on something I rightfully own.
How anyone believes they have the right to control a product after the customer rightfully owns it is beyond me. If I want to take the tv home and destroy it what is it any of this store’s business. Typical liberal, holier than thou policies. They obviously know more than me and should control me for my own good. Will either be using a different store or different company altogether for all future purchases.
