Bought the TV back in August 65 inch Sony Bravia which is three months almost $2000 have issues with the TV at three months keeps shutting off call up and you’re telling me I have to deal with the people who actually made the TV which is ridiculous How could you not get help from Best Buy after three months? Unacceptable. I would never buy TV from Best Buy don’t make the mistake I did customer support total nonexistent. Obviously, they don’t back there product ok so when I buy a Brand new vehicle they don’t tell me to go reach out too Toyota or Ford I take it to where I bought the vehicle and they fix it When I buy at the supermarket and I’m not happy with the product I return it get a refund or a new product so I have to pay the geek squad on a brand new product that you’re selling I have to pay for an extended warranty. you should have a sign saying , Best Buy doesn’t back their shit. You have to deal with the maker of the product I don’t think so. I’m pretty much done with Best Buy And I hope people read this review And go elsewhere

I enjoy visiting the Best Buy at this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the store has a great variety and inventory of merchandise. The staff has helped me several times with technical questions and they truly appreciate my business.
