I purchased apple Home pod and other items and it work so well I wanted to expand it throughout my home I needed to ask a question but you can’t speak with anyone except an AI that is garbage then when I finally spoke with someone it transferred my to some way away place and they couldn’t help said I need to speak with the Johnson City store which no one can speak. So I’m packing this great system up and getting my money back and going with another company that actually wants to make the sales. I am now so happy I didn’t purchase my new entertainment system with this home pod. YOUR AI SUCKS !!!!!! You are a technology company that can’t control the technology. Very sad. My advice is don’t go to Best Buy but does make me understand the very few customers in the store. Bad service took down United Telephone, Direct TV , sears and many more.

Brendan, Molly and Isaac were fantastic and helped me pick out the best one for me for what I needed, helped me determine the value of my old one to trade in, and helped me set up my new one to transfer from my old one to my new one.
