Been trying to login to the app for the deal drops but when the drops go live the app crashes and when it reloads in a minute or two the items are already sold out. Very distracting

It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I tried to order something online for next day delivery, next day it wasn't delivered then I get an email saying it's going to take up to 2 weeks to deliver it when I try to call customer service I get people who can barely speak English and cannot help me at all. When I asked to speak to the Knoxville store they cannot get me to the Knoxville store on the phone. So now I can't cancel my order I can't receive my order and I have no idea where my order is absolutely pathetic.
