Its very warm inside needed a/c to be lower and to many groups of employees standing around in small groups But when i did get waited on the lady was very kind and try to help !

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience during a Geek Squad delivery from this store. The employee I spoke with ver the phone was dismissive and patronizing, showing little genuine concern for the issue at hand. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience I experienced, they seemed more focused on minimizing the situation than actually resolving it.
After spending over 30 minutes on the phone explaining the repeated issues and miscommunications with my delivery—this being the third time I’ve had a problem—I was offered a mere $25 gift card. That doesn’t come close to compensating for the hours of work I lost due to errors made by Best Buy and Geek Squad. My time is valuable, and it’s frustrating to see it treated so casually.
At this point, I no longer feel confident in doing business with Best Buy or getting deliveries from Geek Squad. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful and far below the level of service I expected. I will be looking elsewhere going forward.
