Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy tablet. Transferred all my data and apps but tablet wouldn't charge. Returned to Best Buy and they wanted $40 to remove information and transfer to new tablet. Wouldn't let me transfer in store so I lost all data and their response was sorry this is a Samsung problem.

Our visit went well, nothing to get excited about .I felt like everything was seriously overpriced, but the employees were helpful, although they weren't very knowledgeable. The store & parking lot were clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Best Buy experience was terrible. My husband and I came in to purchase a computer on this date - already knew what I wanted from online. There were 2 young men associates that 'assisted' us checking out. They were both incompetent and it was disaster with them attempting to sign me with a Best Buy credit. I lost count how many times they had to keep asking for my driver's license to put in my information. I have my orginal receipt if management would like to know who theses two were based on it.
Fast forward to a month later 1.30.26 - I still haven't received my credit card but I get a text from the credit card company saying my card got returned to them because the address didn't match. As many times as theses boys looked at my licenses there should have been no discrepancy in getting my address correct. After this experience I will probably end up canceling my card all together and not shop at Best Buy again.
