Horrible customer service. You have to join a waiting list just to ask a question about purchasing a product. Then the sales personnel were completely unknowledgeable about the items for sale on the showroom floor.
I amngreeted as soon as i walk in the door from a young man that wants to know what he can help me with. 5 more ask if they can help me find something. I appreciate the offer guys but im looking for an Easter present for my son. Im not here to boost or steal . I can look on my own
Poor service! The Sale person did not help with the product that I was looking for. A group of 4 just stood around talking small talk with each other and have no plans of visiting the Rivergate store any time soon. Needed help with cell phone.
I am NEVER shopping at Best Buy again. I spent over $2,500 on appliances and paid for dishwasher install. It was $200 for the install. The guys that arrived did not look qualied to do anything. Well, it was installed improperly. The mounting bracket was tightenined too tight on one side. The feet at the bottom weren't adjusted. The top is flush with my cabinets, the bottom sticks out 4". Well, now there is a huge gash in the console top of my brand new dishwasher. That was 4 weeks ago. I called and they will not warranty the completely subpar install and won't replace my now damaged dishwasher. The men that arrived were dirty, didn't speak English and did not respond to my complaints when I said the install didn't look correct. Best buy will NEVER get my business again.
