Terrible experience. Am done with them. My laptop needs a new battery. Tried to call the local store, kept getting call center. Finally giving up on local help talked to call center. Call center told me the store did not have the battery I would need to provide the battery then they could install it at store. Tried to call store to ask them to order the battery and I could bring laptop in when they had it for install. Never successful in calling store so got model number on laptop and drove to store. Was told they did not stock batteries but would be happy to help me order it. I had model number but that wasn't good enough. They needed the number of of the battery itself to get the right battery. So I made appointment to take the laptop back to Madison. They sent me multiple texts about me confirming the appointment, reminding me of the appointment including a text maybe 2 hours before the appoinment. Upon arrival I was told the guy with the skills to take the battery out wasn't in that day, had called in sick. So 2 trips to their store, not in my town, wasted and if I want them to help it requires 2 more trips. Their system doesn't work for me and I am no longer a BestBuy customer.
