Best Buy Hendersonville

The store was incredibly clean and had a very modern layout, very different from other locations I had visited, so it's possible that it's received a refresh sooner than other stores. All of the staff, both traditional sales reps and the wireless sales reps were very eager to assist, and they were extremely knowledgeable. I will say this, I believe every single employee in the store came up to me at least once during my visit. Personally, I prefer to be the one seeking assistance, but I will concede that it is a far better experience than needing help and not being able to track someone down. I was very impressed that variety of products that they had on hand. Everything from Lego sets to more obscure audio equipment to all of the mainstream items that Best buy is known to carry. I intend to frequent this store for at least the next few years.

Thank you so much to Hogan Loftis. I did not know that I was supposed to make an appointment ahead of time. Not only did he fill me in, but he also educated me in regards to looking for a new computer. I did not realize how old my computer was that mine was just a Chromebook from 2017. No wonder why it wouldn’t work. He took the time to look around the store with me to find the right computer for me. It’s nice to know at my age. There are still kids around willing to help. lol. I ordered a tv for next day delivery and was sent a message the next day that i would have to wait 14 days for delivery. I went to the store for a refund and the 3 gentleman at customer service checked my order and realized my tv was still there. The delivery company never picked it up. These 3 people deserve credit for great customer service. I think best buy needs a new delivery company .
