I normally don’t write reviews, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Jay. I believe I remember his name tag saying “General Manager” but not 100% sure. Overall, I was contemplating on what to get and then he came over to ask if I needed help. I didn’t need help, but he insisted and gave me details about different kinds of products and told me which one was the best option. It turns out I actually really did need the help haha. Moral of the story is, is that I appreciate great customer service and that right there was proof of how customer service should be. Me, as a former general manager of an establishment, it means a lot
