I feel like I'm wasting my time doing this but here goes. Today was the second time in about a month I've visited this store and received zero help. I was prepared to spend a fair amount of money today for two home stereo systems for my kids but no one was in the department and no one asked me if I needed help. The first time I came no one greeted me when I walked in and again no one was even stationed in the home stereo area. I walked out because the store was kind of busy. Then today when I came in around 11 at least the Geek Squad guy greeted me. After wandering around and looking for help I decided that it was time to go. I stopped and asked the Geek Squad guy if he would give the Store Manager a message for me. The GS guy was kind tall and slim and tried to do damage control but to no avail. You don't want my money I will spend it elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time and I promise I won't be back

I went to see the week squad for a virus on my phone. I personally don,t have a lot of knowledge about smart phones, but the young man behind the counter did. He was able to fix it in a short amount of time. As soon as I walked thru the door a very polite associate asked if I needed help and had another associate show me where to go. It was so different with everybody so willing to help. Thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
