Two stars for horrible customer service and local delivery. No communication from the store on why my order was cancelled. No follow up on my refund. Crickets. I had to spend time on hold waiting for two companies to tell me they didn’t know what happened. I can’t trust Best Buy anymore.

Much bigger than what used to be in Madison,TN, however, anything that you purchase for your vehicle cannot be installed at the Hendersonville location. They do not have any vehicle work bay. To get something installed in your vehicle you must go to either the Mt Juliet or West Nashville location which is ridiculous.
