I wish I could give zero stars. I went to the store to look at washers and dryers, and I was ready to buy. Unfortunately, there was no one to help. Literally people wandering all over the store, looking for someone to help them to ask a question. I went to customer service and the lady just shrugged at me and said we are just really low on HELP right now. Don’t waste your time going to the store

Talking to each other instead of helping customers even after being advised over the walkie of customer needing assistance.

If you have the opportunity to buy in this store, miss it, they give terrible customer service, they don't help you with doubts, it's the worst
