Went to purchase a usb-c cord for my keyboard but wanted to make sure I was getting the right one. Literally 4 employees walked right by me, no one offered to help or to see if I was doing okay. Another three people sitting at a counter laughing and hugging, another person walking by on the phone and was literally so close to me that I thought he was coming to help but instead walked right by and went outside. Went to the front of the store to ask for help and the woman sent out a page to the associates and still no one came. I should’ve just went to the Apple Store instead of wasting my time and gas going there.
**Update: I went to Twitter to contact customer service with the Google review number as instructed the very next day and received no response.
