Ordered a TV online through Amazon, walked right in and was waited on. I was even greeted at the front door by a gentleman who I assume may have been the manager that Sunday evening. After showing my id I was asked to pull my car up front.A nice young man brought it out and asked me where I wanted it and he placed it nicely on my backseat as I stated ,and I was on my way in less than 10 mins and the TV was exactly as I ordered it online. I appreciate the fast and easy process along with great customer service! I will definitely come shop in person at the location again!
On [date of the incident], I visited Best Buy at 12:20 PM, heading to the iPad section to purchase a device as a birthday gift for my daughter. After waiting, I requested assistance from one of the employees, who assured me he would help and then returned to the section.
However, shortly afterward, another customer arrived and was served before me, even though I had been waiting first. When I asked for help again, I was shocked to find that one employee was prevented from assisting me by another employee, who claimed that another customer had arrived before me, despite my earlier presence.
I then approached the manager, but unfortunately, I was met with denial and negativity. The manager accused me of lying, and when I confirmed the truth, I was asked to leave the store.
This unfortunate experience reflects clear discrimination and poor treatment, which is unacceptable for a reputable company like Best Buy. I urge a review of these practices and appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
