3 months ago, I signed up with the Total BestBuy 1 year membership ($180) to possibly salvage my PC that was damaged by a local shop. I have been so happy about the ground up repair of my desktop. "K" is the technician who worked on it in November that literally made me cry upon seeing the rig fire up. I brought it back in this week for memory expansion, os check and virus removal. Saved $600+ since I did the membership with literally everything included except the parts. VERY happy and plan to renew the full annual membership again. Fingers crossed for any additional hardware.
