Tried to call the store to verify stock of a replacement battery. Call was routed to India then I was hung up on. Was trying to spend money but I guess not

I must say this store has completely turned around for the better! I posted a review years ago feeling disgusted with the new management. I quickly noticed from other reviews I was not the only person that felt this way. The Giacoso location must have heard the people! I walked in today and was greeted with smiles. Everyone was so polite, caring, and professional. Noah Cage helped me tremendously with my shopping needs. I was also helped by another gentleman and I apologize for not getting his name. I came in skeptical about buying a product, but left with what I wanted. This store location has gained back a customer, and I will continue to shop here! Everyone went over and beyond, and I am truly appreciative! Thank you!
