I have always experienced great customer service here. 😁
This best buy is good if you want to buy home appliances or apple products, but general PC products and gaming products can't really be found beyond surface level products. You can order off of their website for more than ordering it from competitors if you want to just online shop instead of getting something from a store. It also seems like they don't have enough staff, I may have been there early but it took a long time to get help with how outnumbered the employees were.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employees are rude and not helpful. They do not even know how to say “good morning” or “good afternoon,” and they are not willing to try to find a solution for customers.
Initially, I was told that delivery was free, but later they tried to charge me $100 for it. They were not even interested in verifying my address, even though I live here in Memphis. I honestly thought it was just a typo when the representative was entering my address.
Not to mention, if English is not your first language and you have an accent, just forget about it — they make you feel like they are trying to make things even harder for you.
I am not surprised that other online companies are taking over the electronics business, since they help customers avoid these uncomfortable human interactions.
