Be careful when they tell you to sign for a laptop warranty at checkout. They instead put me on a $179/year "Total Membership" plan without my consent. They can apparently sign you up for this in store but cannot cancel in store, requiring you to call a support number and wait half an hour to refund you. Scammy, unhelpful, and ridiculous.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've returned 2 copiers now, and both times I've asked for assistance trying to figure out which printer is best for my needs.Tonight, the associate they sent to help me admitted that she's never owned a computer, or printer...and that printers have never been "her thing." I even asked for the manager tonight hoping she'd offer some insight....and nada. Nothing. No help at all. What will it take for this company to offer just a tiny bit of customer service? Shame on you.
