Place an order for same day pick up since it stated that it was available in store when I did the online order only for me to get to the store, confirm the pickup is available with the rep which she said it was and they were pulling the item and after 30 minutes of walking looking at other items I get back to the front only to get told the item isn’t there and they have been “looking for it” for 2 days. Due to “inventory discrepancies” they would have to have the item shipped with no sure estimated date. I’ve paid nearly $2000 for an item that I’ve been getting the run around for and no actual solution besides “cancel” and/or re order since that’ll be the quickest way to surely fix the issue instead of them just expressing the order to my home address. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced Best Buy is not the same good shopping experience anymore.

Bought a PC on sale. It was defective. Went to exchange it two business days later. Now the sale had ended, so if I wanted to exchange the defective product they sold me, I'd now be paying the difference for full price for a new one. Manager Latasha or Natasha declined to match the sale price that ended a day before the return. Now my business will source all it's tech from another vendor.
