Bought a PC on sale. It was defective. Went to exchange it two business days later. Now the sale had ended, so if I wanted to exchange the defective product they sold me, I'd now be paying the difference for full price for a new one. Manager Latasha or Natasha declined to match the sale price that ended a day before the return.
Now my business will source all it's tech from another vendor.

Be careful when they tell you to sign for a laptop warranty at checkout. They instead put me on a $179/year "Total Membership" plan without my consent. They can apparently sign you up for this in store but cannot cancel in store, requiring you to call a support number and wait half an hour to refund you. Scammy, unhelpful, and ridiculous.
