The manager at this location doesn’t care about his customers. He let a person skip the line for a product release, where only 6 were available. Because of this a person another customer missed out on set product. Managements way of resolving the issue was threatening to get the police involved if anybody caused any problems, even though a customer had already cut 6 other people in line.
If you are going to this location for a product release creating a line before opening does not matter, you can skip the line right before opening. So keep in mind that management does not care of what happens outside of the store, they only care of what happens once inside.
