Sitting here waiting 30 mins for curbside pickup. Just a pair of headphones. Called store to ask why the delay. AI agent won’t connect you directly with store. Got live agent and she can’t even call the store. She said they are not answering. She spent another 15 mins trying to call the store extension to get a manager or anyone. The only positive thing about the whole experience was a supervisor named Will. Once he was notified what was going on he fixed the problem immediately and was very apologetic. He was a pro. The customer service agent on the phone that was trying to help was also excellent. But they need to figure out a better system.
