Worst service and knowledge I’ve ever experienced with a Best Buy. If you buy a product from their store and it’s not working or is broken and you return it with the receipt they will not give you your full amount back you’ll get about 80 percent of your money back. They also try to get you to get set up with their store credit card and it’s a scam because they will charge you late fees even if you make the payments on time or way before even if you pay them in store. Total disappointment and I will never be purchasing from a Best Buy again that’s why I’ve always had great customer service with electronic express
