It’s not often that I give a 5 star review due to exceptional customer service from a specific employee. In this case, it was warranted. Came in looking for a hard-to-find product. Tommy, the most amazing employee at this Best Buy location, came to my rescue. The product I was looking for was out of stock, but Tommy went to check returns. Tommy found the only unit in the store, making my entire day. Everyone was nice and attentive. Zero complaints at this locations. Should I ever want to visit a Best Buy again, I’m coming here. And I’m requesting Tommy 😊

Best Buy was Great, I found a really good deal. Open box TV for a really good deal, for my new house. I brought back the remote because I thought it wasn’t working, they educated Me that the new style remotes charges now with C- cord.
