The Geek Squad repaired my laptop but wiped all my files in the process. This is a big problem. They say I 'signed off' on this in the repair agreement but it was never explained to me that this was a probable occurrence. I wouldn't have signed anything if it had been explained properly. Never again. Oh, the links provided below seem like scams and as presented look suspicious. An email from an official Best Buy address would be helpful.

Extremely rude staff. I came in to ask for help with a problem I had for a product I purchased. Every staff member I spoke with refused to help and acted angry like they hated their job, from the man stationed at the front door to the woman at checkout. The worst customer support experience I have ever dealt with. I left with no resolution to my issue.
