Very disappointed with Best Buy and their geek squad. My husband took in an older laptop to have his pictures and documents transferred over to his new laptop. He was told it wouldn’t be a big deal and after waiting several hours, it had only transferred 18%. Then we hit the weekend and Easter and nothing got done. Finally got it back late yesterday afternoon but it forced him to have to reschedule a work meeting out of town that he needed the computer for. Geek squad, you can do better!! no compensation, no discount, just sorry that’s the way it is.
