Love the products not the people. Went to the restroom and when I came out a worker was recording me. She ran off when she noticed that she got caught. Haven't been back since, I use the bestbuy app for things that don't have their own app but now a days most of the items sold in Best buy have their own websites which tend to have better deals than bestbuy.

Had a little bit of am issue getting help. Then Tan came back from lunch and everything improved!!
He listened to what I wanted, including what my budget window was. He easily kept me within my budget, he didn't pressure me to go up in price or size.
I will certainly be sealing him out when it is time to replace the livingroom Television.
Geek squad was awesome, quick, easy and got our needs met
