How do I check product availability at the Abilene Best Buy?

Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Customer service is garbage. Asked a question and was told to look it up online. Customer support is even worse. Bought a washer and dryer for pickup on a specific date and not one person can confirm if the items are available for pickup. Will never shop there again. Too many other options with much better service

Bought a tv...gave us a 2 week delivery date as that TV needed to be ordered. Ok...so 5 weeks plus...no TV. Went 60 miles to ask why no delivery in our home town. Canceled our order..got our money back with no hassle. A employee checked his phone, said your TV is in the store. Went looking for it..brought it out. We had paid for delivery warranty and additional stuff. 1300 bucks plus and that was minus 300 bucks on sale!! 30 year customer and they let this happen.
