Very clean friendly store

Worst customer service in town! Treated my mom terrible! She told you she had Consumer Cellular. She told you she needed a flip phone. So what did you do? Pushed her into a smart phone, telling her you don't sell flips and those are going away anyway. You have been telling people that for at least 15 years! Knock it off! They clearly aren't going anywhere, and there are some companies that exist strictly to make sure the elderly have their flip phones! And you know darn well Consumer Cellular is one of them! So your store doesn't carry them, fine. All you had to do was send her to Walmart. But no. You wanted to make a quick buck off a poor, uninformed elderly person. Now she sits and cries because she's so lost that communicating with family, which keeps her going, it's almost impossible for her. So, when I have Walmart ship her one of the MANY flip phones that ARE still being supported, she'll be bringing that piece of trash that isn't even a decent smart phone that you sold her back. Oh yeah, you'll charge her a restocking fee because your idea of customer service is a joke. Just remember you treated an elderly person like crap for a few bucks when you could have helped her out by sending her to someone that isn't out to rip off old people.

Every time we've come to shop, Avalon has been extremely helpful, pleasant, and all around a great person. Thank you very much Avalon for all your help in our complex transactions with the TV, cables, and dryer. We'll definitely come back again!
