Went there to get an iPad with Verizon. After dealing with a young man with a bad attitude I decided to cancel. I left the store. Now Verizon telling me I’m responsible for the line. Cancel my service BEST BUY‼️

My wife picked up our desktop computer today (It’s heavy). When she asked if someone could help her get it to the car, guy at the geek squad desk told her to get a cart. The employee then shoved it on the bottom rack and walked away. It almost slid off the rack on the way to the car. She dropped her purse trying to catch it. Another customer helped her slide it back on the cart. She had to pick it up and load it in the car by herself. They could have at least sent one person to help double team it at least. Totally worthless. I’m cancelling my service plan with them.

Unlike other locations, I was able to find EVERYTHING I wanted in one trip! That Never Happends for me! The staff was super friendly and patient, they answered all of my questions with kindness and we're very knowledgeable! They made wonderful suggestions that I KNOW will bring Joy to my family at Christmas!!!
