How do I check product availability at the Allen Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Allen Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Bunch of kids working with no care of coustmer service…
Bought an open box TV. For $90.99 (original price $109.99) not much savings but still bought it. Waited over 45 minutes to be loaded when told only 10 - 15 minutes… Sales Guy come over to me and told me they can’t find the legs & hard ware after 45 minutes of waiting already…. I said thats fine just refund me something or give me some store credit or trade for another open box that was close to the one I already paid for. They told me they couldn’t do anything on the price. He said before we lower it anymore they would just send it back to the manufacturer and get the full credit that way…. I was like were is the customer service at… You sold me the TV that’s missing part… when you where selling it to me you never mentioned it was discontinued or missing parts and it showed it in the system. Then he said Well we can trade it for the same TV but the new version because the one we sold you was discontinued… did not find that out tell he tried to do a trade in on the new tv. But He said you are gonna have to pay the difference… I told him I did not want to pay the differences… So he goes to tell me your only option is to return it!!!!! What the heck…. Where is the customer service at???????????? I returned it….
