Nice staff, good product range and displays

From the moment you walk in, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. But I want to especially express appreciation for Colin and Isaac. Colin was so helpful as I was looking to buy a computer monitor. He went over so many different screen options with me. Unfortunately, after purchasing one, I started experiencing extreme eye pain and headaches from the high definition screen (amazing as it looked, my eyes just couldn't handle it, even with a blocking screen). I went back to talk to Colin about it, and both he and Isaac talked with me through all the possible reasons this could be happening with my eyes, but said it was pretty unusual, especially as I'm normally on my laptop all day and haven't had this happen. Isaac finally suggested that maybe I should see an eye doctor (which honestly, would not have occurred to me as I thought it was a monitor issue) which I did soon after and it turned out I needed a way higher strength on my reading glasses, as well as a prescription. In the end, I did need to return the monitor, but Colin made that process seamless. He and Isaac were both extremely professional, helpful, and polite and I appreciate them so much.

Good, customer friendly

This store appears to not need customers to stay afloat. I attempted to make a purchase an Apple product and was not acknowledged or even a, “hey do you need anything or can you give me minute to assist you?” The specific products are cheaper elsewhere but I still came to Best Buy to make a purchase. I do NOT recommend patronizing this business! I drove far for nothing
