Why is it I can never speak to someone locally at the store? I am always transferred to the customer service center

In an effort to free up stores to assist in-store customers, we stopped offering direct calling to our stores a few years ago. Our support teams online and over the phone can assist with most issues related to a purchase, order, or your account. Idioma limitado, atención a clientes. Sin ayuda. Actualización, me hicieron viajar una hora por un celular con las especificaciones que no pedí, y todavía querían que pagara por verlo y por haber ido por el. 🤦🏼♀️ le dije que la chica de atención en línea me mintió sobre mi compra que era lo que yo quería, voy a la tienda y no era. Y en tienda me dicen que los que atienden por línea no son de la tienda así que no se hacen responsables de su gente de atención en línea? Por qué nos enlazan con gente no tiene nada que ver con la tienda? No entiendo esa parte. Y todavía me cobras recargo por algo que no pedí, solo por verlo he irlo a buscar 😒
