They replaced the battery for my brother in law’s and then they not put back the screws!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is the worst. I bought a open box 85" tv in "Excellent" condition. I got the tv home and found that it didn't come with a power cord, remote or legs. I called the store and they were incompetent. The lady patched me into their call center which was no help. I called again and after I explained the situation I was hung up on. I called a third time and again I was patched into the call center and was told that I could return it or exchange it but more than likely they don't have the accessories that my tv should've come with. I ended up buying the same tv but brand new because trying to save $133 dollars simply wasn't worth it. In order to have the new tv delivered for free and have the old picked up with no accessories they wanted to charge me $49.99 lol. Worst experience ever

Everyone here is so polite and helpful, they do have a variety of items to choose, I was looking for specific dryer, it was difficult with all the range of prices and offers
