I came in today with delivery issues and was getting the run around from service (not anyone from store) on what happened with my fridge was told it wasn’t working but it was new so I went in and Ashley was super helpful and was able to get me an exchanged fridge for the same price. Excellent service from her and would go back again

Bought an “excellent condition” open box LG TV. All accessories were to be included but unfortunately only one leg was included, no hardware to attach the legs nor a power cord was included. Tried to contact the store directly but the call gets routed to a call center who have very little interest in remedying the situation. The only recourse is to drive an hour round trip to hopefully have it handled at the store level. The fact that I can’t contact someone directly at the store to get this fixed and have the items sent to me is ludicrous. This is the last time that I’ll be doing business with Best Buy
