Online purchase was easy. When picking up washer the employee's were friendly and quick with getting me loaded and on my way.
People, keep in mind that the phone at this store is never answered, and when they send an appliance to the warehouse before delivering it to your home, it might get damaged. I recommend picking it up the same day you buy it and taking photos from all angles.

Came in the other day to purchase a flatscreen smart tv, money in hand, and was ready to purchase but the associate who “helped” me completely ruined my experience. iesha probably had one of the nastiest attitudes I ever encountered when I asked questions about the tv I would be spending hundreds of dollars on. This lady should not be working with people having that unprofessional demeanor, every question I had she accompanied with an eyeroll and huffing and puffing. I have been shopping with this store 5+ years, sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.
