I had a great experience at the Best Buy Outlet. We were under a time crunch during a move and needed a working refrigerator that still looked good at a discount. We ended up finding a nearly perfect unit at 50% off retail—the only issues were minor cosmetic flaws (a broken trim piece on the bottom and small side dents), which were clearly disclosed and didn’t affect performance. Iesha was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and help us understand all available options, which made the purchase smooth and stress-free during a hectic move. If you’re open to outlet or open-box appliances, this location is a great place to find real value with helpful staff.

They advertised a dishwasher as in “excellent” shape. The price was about 10% lower than a box unit so I purchased the unit online. I spoke to a rep and he told me there were no scratches or dents on the front. After driving 45 minutes to get to the store, it had both scratches and 2 dents. What a waste of time.

They replaced the battery for my brother in law’s and then they not put back the screws!!!!!!!!!!!!
