BUYER BEWARE: Yesterday I purchased a Refurbished 65" CanvasTV, marked in "Excellent" condition. This means it includes all of the accessories and no scratches, dents of the item. Well, today I went to pick up the TV at this Arlington Best Buy Outlet location and lo and behold, all of the accessories were missing. Of course, I didn't know this at the time of pickup, but when I asked Emilio (the tech who brought the item to my car), he said to just go to the nearest best buy to handle any issues. When I went to my local best buy (over 1hr away from Arlington), the GM there told me that I had to handle any issues at the original location where the item was purchased. I'm sorely disappointed in this particular location as items are not as advertised. The "Excellent" condition TV did not include a remote, the Frame, or the mounting kit, all of which are supposedly included in "Excellent" refurbished Best Buy standards. I felt ripped off and cheated!!!!

Worst experience. We drove 1 hour here (and 1 hour back) for an “excellent” condition open box tv. When we got home we opened it and it was missing everything. Missing the tv frame, mounting kit, remote. On Best Buy site, excellent condition is defined by having everything that comes with the new tv. What a waste of time to have to bring it back to return. PLEASE train your crew to check the products correctly.
