I bought some appliances for my rental property and had the opportunity to work with Sofia who was very knowledgeable about the entire process, very friendly and helpful. The refreigerator did not fit into the space and I had to exchange for another one. The process seemed cumbersome but Sofia took it upon herself to make the process as seamless as possible for me. 👍

Young black male check out person was terrible. No hello or thank you. Unable to figure out how to scan my gift certificate that was emailed to me. I asked if they had a product. He said nothing but just walked to them and walked away. Finally was checking out and he said they had no bags. Then he just went to a register arms length away and got one. No thank you. This person has no people skills. Terrible experience

Walkwd in to find a freezer. About 6 employees at the front didnt bother to even look up from their work/phones. Wandered a bit, had to go get help and the employees... dont know where stuff is either. Then it was just 2 of us wandering and looking. Not a great experience.
