This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a TV that was canceled due to a “system glitch,” then bought another that turned out to be broken. After that, I was repeatedly asked to pay more money for replacements due to Best Buy’s own errors.
Deliveries were scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled multiple times—without explanation. The final straw was when a delivery time I confirmed for 4 PM was suddenly changed to 2 PM while I was at work, causing me to miss it entirely.
As a repeat customer who has purchased multiple TVs recently, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will no longer shop Best Buy.

I don’t think it’s possible that I could’ve been treated with less respect. I’m dropping $2000 and I could not get anybody to help me. I finally flagged down a young man, but then somebody else grabbed him And he switched from me to them. When I approached the cashier, I got the eye roll when I said I needed help and I couldn’t find anybody in my area. In the meantime, an older man who should have known better sat there and played on his phone over by the washers and dryers. I’m taking my $2000 somewhere else. There are a whole lot of people in their polishing machines and talking behind the register, but nobody helping customers. It’s shameful
