Some of the worst experience of my life, waited weeks for appointment from Apple they told me I couldn’t be helped. I will NEVER shop with Best Buy or Apple again in my life, not my children NOBODY you are banned. You’ve made my life hell, hair pulling hell. This phone is as useless as the tablet I had in jail, just like the front desk lady. Do better… seriously

Buyer Beware! I picked up a gas stovetop here today that was rated at "Open Box - Excellent Condition". According to their website this means all parts are in box. I got home after the 2 hour drive and all that was in the box was the stove top and did not have the mounting kit or gas regulator that were supposed to be included. I called the store, and just got routed to their national customer service (no way to talk to anyone at the store). After two hours all they would say is drive two hours back to get a refund. What an absolute joke of an operation.

Avoid at all costs. We purchased an open box dryer in “excellent condition” and received a dryer that makes loud scraping noises and emits a burning smell when on. It was clearly never tested, inspected or evaluated by Best Buy — or if it was, it was intentionally listed in better condition.
We were unable to plug it in until after the 15 day return window and Best Buy was unwilling/unable to offer any assistance, refund, exchange, etc. If they sell you a bad product, you will have no help to figure it out!
